The service at this establishment is horrible. I asked to speak to a manger after being treated poorly by someone in the drive thru. The young lady was flagging me down about my order in the mobile drive thru. She was very rude and stated she ""don't see an order"" when I pulled forward they had my order available. I told the woman who identified herself as the team lead what occurred, she basically made excuses and made me feel unvalued as a customer. Thereafter, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told the manager is "" busy and cannot talk"" . My order was correct, except I requested no ice, and ice was inside my drink. The fries were lukewarm, however the chicken was hot. My kids like going here to eat their 4 ct Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips meals frequently. Each one of my kids can finish each of the 4 ct meal, however they have kids menu for younger kids as well. The main guy that wipes down the table is always so nice and friendly when we dined in. He always checked up on us frequently and asked if there is anything we need. It's my pleasure. Honestly, I do not see what everyone else sees in this restaurant. The only reason they got me to come in was advertising their new Jalapeño Ranch Sandwich. I'm a jalapeño addict, so I wanted to give it a try. I'll break the sandwich down for you. I had my chicken filet done spicy, I thought it would compliment the jalapeños. Spice level was low-end. The cheese was my favorite, Pepper Jack, so that was a winner. The Candied Bacon was a total disappointment. It was tough and chewy. I removed it from my sandwich. The bun is billed as a unique buttermilk ranch bun. It was nothing special. The pickled slices of jalapeño were good, but the sandwich could have used more. Jalapeño Ranch Sauce was served on the side. I used it to dip my Waffle Fries. Again, spice wise it was mild. The Waffle Fries were soft, they did not have a crispy outside. Positive point, they had minimal salt. I always heard their Lemonade was to die for. In my opinion, the packets of Crystal Lite that I put in my water bottle, have better flavor and taste. I thought it was interesting how they control supplies by putting them in a bag saying, "Little Bag, lots of extras". I'm sure that helps the bottom line. Dining room was super clean. As soon as someone got up, the associate working the dining area was sanitizing it as if we were still in COVID. Cleanliness is a good thing. Staff was polite and I heard their catchphrase, "It's my pleasure." numerous times. Will I return? I doubt it. Service was good, but the food did not impress me. One word MICKEY is what went well. I took my niece and nephew for lunch and he made sure their experience was one to remember. He offered to help assemble the kiddie toys for them and seemed to know exactly when to check on us. I hadn't dined inside a fast food restaurant in a while and if there were more Mickey's in the world and these spaces, i would never do drive thru. This is the second time in a row my order was wrong. Prior, I asked for no tomatoes bc the person is allergic and when they got it they could not eat it and unfortunately I did not have the time to go back. Today, my chicken nuggets were not in the bag. I called and spoked with a mannerable young man named Malik, who apologized and said they would replace it. I received an unwanted gift card during Secret Santa last week at work. Since I do not eat Chick-fil-A much anymore, I grabbed nuggets for the fur-baby as a treat. There were two lines, employees standing outside taking orders and payments. The young lady assisting me was super helpful and polite. I explained my dilemma, that I had a $10 gift card that I needed to use in whole today because I wasn't returning with a balance. I ordered 12 nuggets and a tender, only had to pay $0.30 over. My food was served hot-n-fresh, sauces requested and rec'd. I have never seen this before, the drive-up window is literally a drive-up door. With this location being newly open, I have to commend the operation and efficiency. I didn't experience any kinks, let alone a long wait. Kudos to the team working!!! read more

The CFA locations closer to where I live don't do curbside and I really liked how this one did, so easy and convenient! The employee was friendly and food was brought out in a timely manner. It was delicious but I will say they under filled my fries a ton, it was only about half full which was disappointing. The staff in drive through spend more time talking to each other than the customers. Went in for nuggets and the person taking the order stood so far back in his little booth you could not hear a thing he said. Why is the big menu that is brightly lit up placed AFTER the area you get your order taken? Not very well thought out. As far as food quality our eight piece nugget had six nuggets and the Mac and cheese was ice cold. This could be a very busy location next to a Costco but the way they are set up and trained now they are destined for failure. I went to the Olive Center location yesterday because they were supposed to be supporting the storm disaster relief. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ bacon with grilled chicken, which I had gotten on 2 previous visits. Avoid this location! I had a really disappointing experience. Ordered through the app and expected a smooth pickup as that is what I have experienced at other Chick-fil-a locations. Not so here. No Mobile Express so I had to speak to no less than three people, some of whom had "trainers" to get my order. Took a very long while, and the lane merge is ridiculous considering how many people were working at the time. When I finally got my food, something was missing from my order. I could have driven to Brentwood location and back in the amount of time this took to resolve.
