The service here continues to be friendly and efficient. The staff really try their hardest to not be drab. The dining room is large and there's always seating available. They could probably run through and wipe down the tables more often than they do. Plenty of parking outside which is nice. The food itself is what you'd expect from a fast food joint. I ordered chili, baked potato and single Dave sandwich. Food was great taste. I just had the same order at the airport recently in Seattle and it was as good as the airport hood. Excellent location and the ambience is Spanish music. Very sunny place. Flooded with light. If it entertaining, you can sit here and look around. The place was clean. Restrooms were clean even though outdated. The young people working very very polite and they took their time to ask me the question twice when I did not understand them. The fat balding manager who always works at night always ensures I have the worst experience possible. It's like he allergic to working and being nice. I wish I could leave no rating for this place. Absolutely the worst hamburger I've ever had in my life. I'm 6'2" tall over 200 pounds and I have not eaten all day when I pulled up here at 4:30 PM. I eat the fries, which were lack Luster. I can make better myself at home. The hamburger was a pretzel bun double cheeseburger. "PUB Burger" It was absolutely tasteless. If an order is placed and paid for, why would the person picking up have to wait in the order line??? Shouldn't they just pick up the made food??? Isn't that the point of placing the order ahead of time??? Really bad system that shows ZERO consideration for the person picking up the order AND the people waiting to eat the order!!! It's an easy fix and a major customer service upgrade. Also, walk in customers won't have to wait extra time behind a someone completing a redundant task. Wait time was extremely long, even after checking in. 2 drinks, 3 fries and a potato shouldn't take an extra 10 minutes.... including drive over, time in line, and wait time was 25 min!!! This is management setting up employees for failure. But like I said easy fix. Just do what every other place does. Went through the drive thru last week & ordered some food for my family including a medium fries. Got home and realized I didn't have my fries. (This isn't the first time) Tried calling multiple times and never got an answer. When I went through the drive thru tonight, I told them what happened and they looked at me like I was crazy and didn't seem to care at all. I asked them if there was anything they could do? The manager (a bigger guy didn't catch his name) asked for my receipt from last time. I DON'T HAVE A RECEIPT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME THAT OR MY FRIES. But I did try calling to explain that!! So he took my name & number down. Haha. We'll see what happens. I'll be back with an update. The thing is, I paid for something and didn't receive it. Doesn't matter if it was just a few bucks. They would NEVER hand you some fries and let you drive off without paying for them. I just feel ripped off because this isn't the first time it's happened. The first time I let it go because I figured yeah, it was just a couple bucks. But since then they've messed up my order and ripped me off once again and I'm sick of it. I will ALWAYS double/triple check my order is correct before even driving away from the window. The least they could do was just pretend that they cared. A lot of times a simple "Sorry about that!" Wendy's is usually a very solid bet. I like their menu and their food, and have always had great food and service at this particular Wendy's. My only issue is that they charge for Ranch dressing. Rather funny people expect friendly happy attitudes from no tip, minimum wage fast food workers. Really?! The general public these days can be a pretty surely bunch. Really loved this place. Whether it was a jumbo baconator or just bacon cheese fries, always delicious. Actually most often I would get their chili. Add cheese and onions on top and it made for a great meal. My second choice was always the baked potato. So few places you can go to and order just s baked potato. But they really are filling. And with butter, cheese, and bacon on top. Just cant be beat for a delicious, cheap meal. And this place was always so clean inside and the staff were always so upbeat. I love Wendy's. Their food is the best and does not taste like other fast-food chains. It tastes like 'slow' food. My only complaint about this store, specifically, is the fact that they don't accept mobile orders. I find my self ordering from McDonald's or Burger King because of the convenience of mobile ordering. Another comment I have is the drive-thru experience. Employees sound angry, frustrated, and dismissive when they ask you "anything else?" after each item you order. One more reason to enable mobile orders. read more

The cashier inside the restaurant and at the drive through has always been kind and courteous, the food has always been alright. (The avocado I had on my chicken sandwich was nottttt the best, but hey what do I expect?) BUT tonight, August 15th 2019. The cashier at the drive through window was atrocious. Completely RUDE. I ordered THREE things and every time I said one of them she snarked, "iS tHaT aLl?". No SIS, it's NOT ALL. I don't care that her tone was actual trash, but I do care how she was to my face. Her stank attitude ruined my day. This girl was either my age or older than me and I could even recognize how unnecessary her behavior was. Back in 7th or 8th grade our school had a magazine selling fundraiser. The top sellers got a limo trip to lunch. So where do we go? You guessed it, the Wendy's in Seaside. Our school was way out on San Benancio Road in Salinas (or is that a part of Corral de Tierra? just kidding, Corral de Tierra - the name of the street before, actually got their neiborhood/town changed from Salinas to Corral de Tierra...). Why did we choose Wendy's? I'm guessing I didn't have a say back then. So this morning I'm craving a burger and I've been watching a lot of tv recently because I can never sleep before 3am. Stupid Wendy's commercial had me thinking about hamburgers this morning (even though the patties are square shaped, I know). Well they weren't opened when I dorve through the drive thru.
