This place can use some help that is for sure. I walked in and placed my order at the counter. Counter top was sticky in places, also the counter where you pick up your food and get your utensils also. There were 6 people behind the counter and no one e was cleaning up the counters. Also three of the employees were on their cell phones. One of the girls dropped a burger and picked it up and threw it away and ordered another one for a drive thru order. The Service Here Even With a Manger On Site Is Beyond Startling. Two Weeks Ago While Inside Waiting At The Counter A Young Female Employee Started Cussing Repeatedly. The Place Had Several Small Children Inside Eating With Their Family. The Male Manger That Was Standing Next To Her Swearing Only Said To Her "Hey Stop Cussing"! She Was Like Oh I Didn't Cuss. I Told Her Yes You Did...Twice At That. She Then Apologized. Fast Forward 3 Days Ago February 13(14) Between 12:45 Am & 1:15 Am At The Drive Through I Placed An Order. The Girl Who Took The Order Immediately Dropped The F Bomb. I Was So Shocked & Bothered. I Asked Her What Was That For? I Proceeded To The Window Where A Young Female With A Very Distinct Scar Across Her Forehead Stood. I Asked Her Again & She Switched To Play A Professional As If She Wasn't Vulgar 2Minutes Ago. All I Thought Was Why? What's Her Issue? When She Handed Me The Customer's Food She Didn't Even Take The Time To Secure It Correctly. I had to stop at this Wendy's because they serve breakfast. When I was in high school I worked at a Wendy's in Keflavik Iceland and the breakfast was excellent for a fast food place. I've been searching for a Wendy's that serves breakfast ever since I first returned to the states with no luck. The breakfast was just as good as I remembered. The new Wendy's layout is great. Flat screen TVs on the wall; one showing news and the other tuned to the MLB network(In Jan ?). They have 2 Coke Freestyle machines and both seemed to have all options available; unlike some places that seem to run out of syrup for most drinks. Food: Came here for breakfast a second time and their new breakfast menu is a hit. I have tried the Panini and the artisan: both are excellent, although the Panini was a bit greasy. The breakfast potato wedges were seasoned and cooked well. FIVE Stars! Biggest disappointment was the coffee; which was just plain awful. I ended up having to go to the gas station and getting a cup there. Service: Place was relatively slow, but plenty of staff on hand. As with several other Fast Food location in the area, employees tend to have VERY loud personal conversations during work and you can hear everything at the counter. In this case, a mgr reminded them that a customer was present; which was nice! The cashier asked me about cream and I responded with 2 cream and 2 sugar. On tray I found 1 cream. had to ask for another and sugar. She told me sugar was on counter by soda machine. Would have been nice to be told that at time of order. Not a big deal, but not very good service when I have to ask twice. Overall: Food is a winner, coffee is a BIG loser. I would come back for the food, but with undrinkable coffee, can't imagine I would make 2 stops for breakfast: food here and coffee somewhere else. read more

First off I know this is Wendy's but there is no excuse for poor operation and service. I stopped into this particular location on Wednesday night at 9:15. I walked in and stood at the register. The manager was working the drive thru window and two employees were preparing food. After waiting for 5 mins or so, the manager said to the employees, " you have people up front". The two employees looked up and seemed un interested. After waiting another few minutes I left. The employee looked at me and still didn't come over to help me. I went across the street to McDonalds. Not my favorite place but a choice that I might get service at. I walked in, the manager came over and took my order and showed me the deals they had. Food was quick, hot, and tasted fresh. Surprisingly they were very clean and busy at the same time. I didn't want to feel rude snapping up pics so I only took one of the soda area. I love these new machines they working with. Wendy's menu has changed a lot since the last time I visited on which was about 2 yrs ago. I ordered the number 9 which is their new grilled chicken sandwich. Sounds and looks very interesting. This place probably has some pretty bad management. Went in about evening time and it looked like the place hadn't been swept or mopped in a week. It was a fly haven. Looked like it used to be a nice place but both the TVs were broken and one of the soda machines were broken too. The broken soda machine was leaking with no caution sign. Tables were shifted all around and hadn't been wiped down. The restrooms were alright--nothing mentionable here. OVERALL Recently renovated restaurant. For a Wendy's, it's what you'd expect for 4 stars. FOOD I got a #1 combo and found it to be quite acceptable. Lettuce was crisp, and the sandwich was good. SERVICE Person who was taking our order was new to the job. Very friendly, but she accidentally set our order to dine-in instead of carry-out. LaTonya came over and helped out when she saw the line was getting long. She seemed like she knew what she was doing. They added another cashier right away and got the line moving again. RESTROOMS Men's room is also recently renovated. No paper towels to dry your hands; just one of those blow dryers. No privacy whatsoever. The newest Wendy's, in Blanchard, has gotten off to a good start. At this point, the meat patties for their burgers are fresh and juicy. Since the competition across the street seems to prominently serve old and dried out burgers, I have converted. The fries are so so, mainly due to their source. The only good thing I can say about this Wendy's is the food was hot and fresh. The restaurant can't be very old. It is the new design but the inside "feels" dirty. The drink bar was wet, cluttered and not very well stocked. My table was clean looking but sticky. Not impressed. read more
