Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker with no response. I finally said I'm still waiting and the staff person said I know you are. That's it. Then he accused me of having been inside and that I moved to the drive thru. I have no idea what he was talking about. So he finally took my order which is funny because I just said mobile order for .... Made me wait all that time to say that. I did finally receive my order which ended up missing the sandwich. The only sandwich in the order lol. Had to go inside. No one waited on me so said excuse me I misfired g my sandwich. A person walked over to give it me. She accused me of calling her a bitch we I clearly did not. She said they were busy which is funny because it was empty. Not one customer inside. Just really bad customer service. All the time. Did a little research. This Wendy's is owned by the same company that owns the Doylestown location. Reviews are very similar so I looked it up. ordered drive thru for my family so pretty big order. We ordered two 10 piece, 2 fries, a kids meal meal nuggets, a jr bacon and 4 frosty. When the bags came to the car I started to go through them. DT person said it should all be there...I believed her. Got home, the jr bacon was missing, the kids meal had spicy nuggets in it (my 8 yr old isn't eating spicy nugs). This is a Wendy's that I visit maybe once every 6 months to see if it has gotten any better. Once again, I am disappointed, even angered. I prefer not to use drive-thru as it is difficult to get my wallet out while I am driving. I go inside and order ONE breakfast sandwich using the kiosk. It was on sale for $1.00, but I would have ordered it if it were $4.00 just as well. They set the price. Waited at least 10 minutes while they SLOWLY took care of drive-thru customers first (all Wendy's seem to give them higher priority). I am the only customer waiting for their order inside the entire time. Then, the woman working orders asked me if I wanted muffin or croissant. I said I ordered biscuit. After a few more minutes, she said that it's gonna to be a bit longer. I told her I've already been waiting over 10 minutes for ONE sandwich. She proceeded to tell me that there's a new manager and everything is screwed up. I told her that I don't care. I said that because I believe it's their job to handle the orders promptly for all their customers, not just the drive-thru customers (which they were even prompt for them). She then proceeds to start making excuses and I cut her off saying, "You know what, keep the dollar. I'm done." And I left. They have the nerve to accept mobile, pick up orders, but not have their dining room doors open so I could go in and pick it up. This business is absolutely run in the most unorganized, low quality fashion. I will no longer be going here. You shouldn't be drive-through only without making the changes to your hours online. Nobody took my order for 13 minutes cause I do not pay with my card I pay with digital so you can't pay there with only digital. Service is always good here. Friendly and fast service. Love their burgers. For some reason they seem to be the best flavor than other fast food chains. Something I don't like though are that all Wendy's fountain sodas are a lot more money than other places. So I went to Wendy's yesterday to get the Krabbie Patty after work and as I was going through drive thru it was decently backed up. It took a decent amount of time for me to get my food but overall I understood they got bombarded and waited patiently. As this girl start handing me my food she said "for your patients I added some buffalo nuggets." I was super thrilled and ultimately was very excited. As I got home and started relaxing I ate one and realized that it was more than likely the ghost pepper nuggets. This honestly made my night just because the prank was too good. I have eaten at this Wendy's many times before. In my opinion, it has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. I was there today and got a cold cheeseburger. When I went to the ladies room, it was so disgusting and filthy. I was afraid to touch anything. They were finger prints, all over the doors and toothpaste and hair in the sink. The floor in front of the fountain drinks was so wet that I was sliding all over the place getting a soda. It doesn't look like they have cleaning staff at this restaurant. I have a Wendy's much closer to where I live but I have stopped at this one a few times when i am in the mood and am in Souderton. The restuarant/building is renovated so that is a plus, and the food is what you would expect from a standard Wendy's. Employees seem decent never had a problem with anyone. My only gripe is the parking lot it small and can get crowded and backed up easily and leaving into the busyness of Hilltown Plaza (next to the light with cars always coming in and out) can make it a nightmare to leave sometimes. It's a decent enough Wendy's for the food, but if you dont like crowds and waiting I might look elsewhere. read more

On the plus side this is a new and clean location. On the negative side... Everything else is pretty bad. Don't come here if you see anything more than three cars in the lot. I've never gotten an incorrect order from them. Fries can be soggy at times. But everything else is usually fine. And correct. Interior is updated and modern. Update: Credit for fixing the persistent soggy fries problem. Past two months they've been consistently crisp and dry. Good job. read more

I love Wendy's. It's one of my favorite guilty pleasures when it comes to fast food that's greasy and stuff that just makes you feel like crap afterwards. And this particular location classes things up with their burgers with their modern fireplace, comfy seating, and clean interiors. And of course it helps that they actually make the food correctly (unlike the Wendy's on 309 Airport Circle area where I think whoever runs that franchise should have it revoked because it's pretty terrible there). We always seem to have issues with our orders at this location. Every time, which has been many over the years, when we go through the drive-through the order is not correct. By the time we get home we are not going back a few miles to rectify their screw up.. I think only once the past 10 visits had the correct items in the bag. We even checked for the cheese on the potatoes the other day but then they gave us home-style chicken when we asked for a single with cheese (said #1) and a double with cheese...
