At one point I noticed she was carrying a huge rack of drinking glasses from the kitchen and putting them all away in the bar. The restaurant wasn't super busy, but we waited a good 35 minutes for the check. Our server though seemed to be working really hard and was busy the whole time we saw her in the dining area.
