Went through the drive thru. There was a car in front of us that took a strangely long time. We put down our window to listen and I think the workers simply weren't talking. When we got up to the window it seemed like there were only 2 workers. They seemed like nice guys. However, both of our fries were cold and old. Liberal punks have taken over. They don't want to work. 3 of them inside on a Sunday at 4pm. It's impossible to vote lower than one star however they deserve negative 300,000 stars for their absolutely atrocious behavior and incompetence at this "establishment". I hope when you come to this place you don't expect to get anything you wanted, matter of fact I hope you don't like eating, as the food looks like came straight out of the nether in minecraft. Don't go to this place if you want to keep your soul, they will take it from you and leave you with nothing left but shame and disappointment. Not only was the wait time so long with only one person in front of us, I felt gross eating the food after what I witnessed. The man who took our order had very long nails and then handled food without gloves on (filled up nugget and fry containers). I watched him scratch his head multiple times and then hold the inside of the nugget cups while filling them. I was completely grossed out. Yesterday I had a very late evening and against my better judgement stopped here to get a cheeseburger rather than cook at home at 9PM. The burger came browned on outside, raw on the inside. Empoyee workers could care less when I went back inside after biting into the thing and thinking "yech." Employees handed to manager and showed no interest whatsoever at this. Manager didn't know quite what to do .. offered to make me another - I told him I had no appetite for a burger now, please just give me a refund. The excuse I got was that the timer on the burger grill doesn't always work right, and sometimes opens the grill early. . You'd think they would be a little more concerned about serving uncooked meat. The staff are clueless and careless millenials. Dishonest management. When ordering a combo meal you're given the option of medium or large. When I asked if they still have small, the person taking my order said yes but they could lose their job for mentioning it as an option. Arguably the worst Wendy's location in Ohio. Arrived at 8:45p when they don't close until midnight and was greeted with nothing but unfriendliness. My order was a couple 4 for 4's and one was missing an entire fry and nugget from the bag. That is literally half the meal. I got no sauces included in my order. I almost left without a drink but luckily I caught that I was missing one. And one of my bacon cheeseburgers had no bacon. I just don't know how this Wendy's keeps consistently missing the mark so bad. read more

I decided to pick up dinner for my family the other night. My husband is particular about his food. As I was telling the lady through the drive thru what he likes on his sandwich, she cut me off. How rude of her and how hard is it to listen to a customer. Unfortunately, she got his order wrong and it happens a lot at this location. This doesn't happen at any of the other Wendy's but here. This tells me the employees don't care and can't follow directions. I was so disappointed when I got home and saw that his meal was wrong. Got a supposedly fresh daily apple pecan chicken salad. Lettuce was brown, apples were mush. Just ended up throwing it in the trash. I've had a similar experience at this Wendy's before. There were only 4 people working on a Friday Night at Dinner time & all 4 could not find their way out of a paper bag. In the past, I came to this Wendy's a couple times a week after the gym for a salad. Usually something was missing from the salad or the lettuce was on the verge of turning brown but I put that all aside because this place was close by and the elderly cashier was very polite. That all changes when a month ago, an employee was screaming the "F" word in the kitchen amongst other things. honestly I think it was the assistant manager bc she was in the kitchen too and did nothing about it. I have been there a few times, considering its around the corner from my mother in laws house. Due to it being the closest to my house, I do go there. I have only gone in the afternoon hours, and during that time i have had bad encounters. I had a previous friend of mine work there.. he described it as "nasty". Every time I go, I am always faced with an attitude from the one manager. She seems to always be in a bad mood, and really dislike her job. I get dealing with customers, but did you not sign up for that when you applied? The last time I went there, we requested that the food be cooked fresh, because I knew their food was old due to past experiences. I was told it would be an 10 minute wait, I said that was okay with me. Her whole demeaner was very rude, and not very "customer service" like. Bacon pretzel burger fiasco! Ok they have on the menu one price for just the burger And one price for the combo Clearly stated! Ok so I order the combo yes it was cheaper then just the burger ! This location has gotten better as the staff has changed. I went to this location the other day and was impressed. The red head who took my order was polite and very pleasant. He took my order in a timely manor and got it correct. I ordered the number 6: Spicy Chicken as a medium combo. My food was hot and definitely fresh. Not worth the money! I just went through the drive through and ordered Wendy's seasonal Summer Berry Chicken salad that looks wonderful in the advertisements. After paying, I was given a salad that had ketchup all over the container. When I asked to have it cleaned, I was offered a new one and the female employee was very nice about it. However, what I found when I opened the container to eat it back at my office was NOT what I expected from the advertisements, half the items were not even on the salad. What I received was a bowl of lettuce, two blackberries and one sliced strawberry...no feta cheese or apple chips. Clearly, their qualify control is lacking. I heard one employee state that he noticed the ketchup on the salad and didn't know what happened. Why was a customer given a salad with ketchup all over it when an employee had already noticed it and why did no one notice the salad was not complete? When I tried to call the restaurant two separate times about the salad, the phone rang continuously with no answer. I was attempting to contact the restaurant directly so they could fix this issue for others but since I cannot reach them, decided to post a review instead. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had at this Wendy's within the past 6 months and don't intend to return for a 3rd.
