Excellent local spot for a Sunday brunch. I went for breakfast with Farmer's Breakfast option. The scrambled eggs were so hearty. They definitely real eggs. Shame it's only two eggs and if you want more you must order a side of eggs. I got four sausage links and the hash browns were crispy. I had states to the waitress that I am gluten free, so the hash browns are cooked on the same grill, so cross contamination is possible. I'm okay with the cross contamination, but anyone else who is more sensitive, be mindful! Wow. Filling and delicious. My mom enjoyed her huevos rancheros. The poblano relish really makes the dish come together. The burger and chicken sandwich were plentiful and filling for my brother and dad. A good crowd was present in the restaurant/bakery area. A smaller set of guests were present in the bourbon bar area. Wow, a lot of bourbon present there. Early on a Sunday and I don't drink anymore but that looks line a neat spot to hangout. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Excellent food and service. We will definitely be returning!

Came here for lunch and had a wonderful meal. The French dip was magnificent. Great flavor on the meat, the bread was perfectly toasted and it was the right amount of cheese. The au jus was great also. I appreciate the fact that you can sub out your fries for any half salad on the menu. I originally thought it would only be a side salad, but you can choose any salad. I had the Cobb, which was really good also. Service was a little slow for a 1 pm lunch on a Thursday. I think there was only one server working, so giving Grace, but it was definitely slow so it might not be a good idea if you're on a time crunch. They have a nice bar in the back, I bet this would be a nice spot for dinner.

Was good but miss the full service butcher part of their business from a couple of years ago. Slimmed down menu for lunch. Wish the menu was bigger like dinner. That being said food was solid and service was great.

A cozy spot in downtown Hudson ( the town itself is cozy too). Lots of seating and we had a bigger party and fit perfectly in a cushioned raised booth. Friendly staff that were happy to give suggestions. We started with crab cakes and fried cauliflower with Kimchi. Filled up with the beef and barley soup and onion soup. Very filling and very delicious. But we kept going! A couple of us had the braised beef and pieroges. The beef was so tender and so rich with flavor. Delicious horseradish sauce! Also the short rib with potatoes and carrots. The carrots were humongous as was the giant rib bone. Tender as well. Loved the carrots but the potatoes not so much. Had we stopped with the soup and apps we would have had room for dessert but unfortunately not. We did have a ton of leftovers which made the perfect lunch the following day. Absolutely loved the food and the look of the restaurant but this is a butcher in the back with huge slabs of beef hanging. If you have a sensitive nose like I do you will smell the meat smell. That was my only real grievance for what else was a fantastic meal.

This is one of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite or for a date night. They have a nice wine and cocktail selection. The food has always been good and the service was very attentive.

Slightly different from their Cuyahoga Falls location, TFR in Hudson offers a finer dining experience and extensive drink menu. The calamari appetizer was great, but our favorite dish was the braised beef & pierogis! If you're just craving a good burger, you can't go wrong with one here. We were able to get a table by the windows, which was nice. Looking forward to trying more of the menu next time!

Love the atmosphere and wood decor in here. They don't take reservations or call aheads so you kind of need to have a backup plan if visiting but we got lucky and got a table right away at 11am when they opened. The chicken was the best chicken I've ever tasted at a restaurant - I'm so picky about chicken I rarely order it out but figured from a place that's specializes in meat you can't go wrong! My friends who got the other dishes pictured loved everything - lots of clean plates all around. The lemon tahini dressing on my kale salad was chefs kiss...going to try to recreate at home for sure. Def check this place out! I'm looking forward to going for dinner.

It's Thursday night and to be honest, probably 10 people in the restaurant. Deviled eggs were the top choices.

Great meat but I ordered the salmon which wasn't their forte. All the same, the atmosphere is good and the meat eaters were very happy

I was reminded about Rudy's by my son who gets a lot of meat here for smoking in his smoker. I've been by twice and the first time was just so so. My problem was that I didn't order ahead.! The great thing about this place is they are busy! It's a popular place! There are guys in the back butchering and cutting up meat! It is pretty cool to watch! This is truly a homey place and I can see why my mom visited for her meat needs and she ordered ahead! When you walk in, you can tell there are a lot of regulars. People take numbers, get their meats, have conversations. A nice and welcoming vibe. I ordered an Easter Ham from David. He was great in explaining the difference between bone in, boneless and cooking differences. I did a boneless sliced ham and it was perfect for my own glaze. Everyone enjoyed and the ham itself was good. Not salty or fatty. I will definitely be back and if there is something specific I want, I will call ahead. We were seated quickly, and throughout the meal, we never felt rushed or forgotten. On Amara's recommendation, we tried the spicy honey Brussels sprouts, and they were a hit--crispy, flavorful, and gone in minutes. We also ordered a couple of mocktails, smash burgers, the French dip, and a half salad that was generous enough to be a full portion at most places. The food overall was really good--not quite exceptional, but definitely worth a visit. I'm still trying to pinpoint what sets Farmer's Rail apart from other restaurants in a similar category. It's well-executed comfort food with a thoughtful menu, but perhaps still finding its unique edge. If you're in Cuyahoga Falls and looking for a dependable spot with good food and great service, give this place a try.

I wish we would have shopped there years ago and would still be enjoying the great cuts of meat. The frozen brisket burgers are a meal every single week now. The frozen battered onion rings have become a curse for me. They are so good that I eat them atleast once per week. They are much better air fried than deep fried. Quality food is important to me because I have been unable to dine out for almost 8 years now becuase of the high risk of infections. Every time my husband bowls, he has to stop in and shop. The prices are very good compared to regular grocery stores. I have never praised a store like this before, trust me this is the best.
