This was lowkey one of the best Wendy's I've ever been to, the service was average and the restaurant atmosphere was pretty regular too but the food was pretty spectacular. The thin fried potato wedges were cold and there weren't enough of them to fill the little cardboard cup. The chicken biscuit was inedible though warm. The service was actually quite friendly and very prompt. And the restaurant was relatively grungy and hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom made me leave and go somewhere else. Long waits - 20+ minutes for 2 salads Poor service - their workers don't even know how to use their app. Poor quality of food - salads throw together with minimal toppings, runny frosties. The only reason I give them 2 stars is for their breakfast. If you haven't had their breakfast you're sleeping on it! I love the breakfast fries which are like a seasoned potato wedge. The sandwiches are cheese, croissants are flaky, sausage patties have good spice. In fact, I doubt I'll come for anything but breakfast again. Quality of lunch/dinner items are lackluster. read more

The place itself (as shown in the photo) looks normal but the floor.sticky. Tables, somewhat sticky. My father's fries were cold but my food was decent. Stop by Wendy's for a quick pit stop to take some medication and received a chicken sandwich that was raw on the inside.The funny thing about this encounter is they had me pull forward and park to receive the food and the sandwich was raw on the inside.I'm just glad I received this and not someone's Child Never Again will eat at this establishment. read more

another Wendy's catastrophe...why am i surprised. So its around lunch time and my family and i have been shopping for a bit. How ever we decide we need to refuel. After agreeing we have had to much chick fil a that week we decide to go to Wendy's. This is our second option for many good reasons, but I'm about to add another. After placing our order through the drive through(this will be important later) I receive the goods and we drive away. As I open my bag I first am confused when I don't see the hi-ci fruit punch FOUNTAIN DRINK I ordered but instead a tiny kids fruit juice. what the actually freak?!!! Anyways I try to move past that and just enjoy my nuggs with only water, unfortunately. Luckily this Wendy's wasn't stupid enough to forget ketchup, but they are stupid enough to put it in an unstable and unsecured container. As i expected, whilst enjoying the nuggs, the ketchup container falls out of my hand and spills almost half the container onto the car and my pants. I had no idea what to do, I panicked!!! I tried to clean it up the best I could but the damage was done. A ketchup stain about the size of a human palm was left. It looked like a had a stab wound, I was embarrassed and we still had shopping to do...there was no escaping this embarrassment. If they had just given me packets this would have never happened. Wendy's you know your fast food no one is gonna sit down and eat your food. It called FAST FOOD for a reason: to get it fast, when you're busy, going places, in A VEHICLE!!! Thats the whole reason for the DRIVE THRU. Make your sauces vehicle safe, its basic logic. But it's too late now you have made a GRAVE mistake!!! I had to buy the cheapest pants i could find in order to safe myself from embarrassment. Which mind you were still 42.79(from old navy), way more than it cost for some ketchup packets. In addition I had to sit with the fear that one of my favorite AE pants(costing almost 100 dollars) might be ruined. Lucky for you the stain came out later, but still(could have been avoided!!). Wendy's I would say i expect 50 bucks and an apology, but I know you're too cheap and too lazy for that! -42.79/10, Never again. read more

The food is OK but if you use the restroom you will quickly wonder how clean the cooking area is and you'll be pretty grossed out. I've been to this location twice. The second time was to give them another chance hoping the restroom would be better and it wasn't at all. It was gross. read more

Specific to this location, not sure why they are the only one in town that doesn't have an open lobby. Drive-thru only. This area is a busy hotspot and you have to wait in a long line, I know my choice. You'd think if they only have one point of customer contact they'd provide better service. The location is nice, food wasn't so bad and the service was okay. The baked potato was overloaded with cheese and looked very disgusting and did not taste good at all. The restaurant near the drink station smells awful and the only thing to describe the smell was like poop! We dined in and it made the experience less than enjoyable. Absolute joke! Went here for what should have been a quick meal. Placed a mobile order and selected pick up/carry out. Walk up to the door and it was locked at lunch time. Only option was drive thru. No note on door. Nothing. So slow!! Cars leaving. Wish I read reviews first before wasting time, but I never thought checking reviews for Wendy's would be necessary. We came through the drive thru because everything is shut down, and we got our order, drove off and realized we were missing our fries. We drove back around and tried to get into the dining room, but due to the shutdown, it was locked. So we pulled into a parking spot and called the store number. The manager brought us out two large fries (and some nuggets) when we were only missing a small and medium fries. That was above and beyond what we were missing and really warmed our hearts in these times. Way to make a wrong right. Good job, Wendy's! Thank you. read more

I've been to several Wendy's over the years many many times and never felt need to review. Until yesterday. Stopped at drive through on University with 3 cars ahead of me. 10 minutes later it was my turn. She says "hello" I thought, that's s weird, where's the 'welcome to Wendy's" or the "can I take your order?" But at least I got a hello . So after our 'Hello stand-off' she finally remembers why she's there- but doesn't say can I take your :- she's deliberately not looking at me and I am just sitting there, determined to get a 'thank you' or SOMETHING. She finally looks at me and asked what I was waiting for. I said "actually do you have any fries that have been cooked better than these, they look like they were white. She took them and I couldn't swear to it but I think they were the same ones. (Thank goodness for my air fryer!) Then I asked for ketchup and chili sauce which she gave me. Literally the worst fast food experience I've ever had. We went there to try the new breakfast menu on our way out of town. Upon ordering we were handed 2 soft drink cups, we asked if one could be coffee and she said no. What?! What do you mean no? There is a picture of a coffee right beside the sandwich on the menu, and we were never asked which beverage we wanted with our meal. Finally she obliged. After that we waited for 25 minutes for our food. 25 minutes. And no word from anyone on staff. No apologies (not that it would make a 25 minute wait for fast food acceptable, but still). This has great fast grub, including burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads. Everything we had was shown some love, which is often unusual for fast food joints. The sandwiches were carefully put together, looked pleasant, and were hot and fresh. The fries just came out, so they were great, too. Happy, polite staff who took our somewhat complicated orders quickly and did it right! The area for soft drinks, ketchup, etc. was very clean, neat and tidy. This is a clean & pleasant store--newly remodeled--that is set back, somewhat hidden by trees, on a service road just off the busy main drag. Plenty of parking close to the door. Not many fast food options at this exit. Busy but fast drive thu, food is consistently tasty. Healthy options with full and half sizes. I like best the Southwest Avocado and the Apple Pecan. If you are in this area Wendys makes a hood choice for fast food. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Dear Michelle, I have never been treated with such disrespect from any employee of any place. First charged us large for a meal and then gave us a small meal. No big problem, forgot our fries no big problem. I did not complain about one thing at all the whole interaction with you cause maybe you had a bad day. But when I gave you my phone for Apple Pay you could of said "I can't take it or it's not working today" but instead you screamed "no" at me and that's all you said. I asked you don't take it? And again you rolled your eyes and said no so I gave you my card and you slammed the thing in my face. I asked for my receipt again again you rolled your eyes. The whole attitude you had from the beginning was rude and unprofessional. Again when I asked for the straws you never gave me, you tried to ignore me till you realized I wasn't leaving without them. If you are having a bad day do not take it out on customers. If you are looking to see a friendly face in a drive thru then find another place. Thank god I don't have my kid in the car cause your screaming and attitude would have made her cry. I hope you learn to respect people.
