Am I smitten with their Toston burger which I dip in the additional sauces? Naturally. Do I insist on adding queso frito to their already delicious Pincho Burger because life is short? A resounding yes. So if the food is still delicious and the service is great why the update?? Because after all this time, THE FOOD IS STILL DELICIOUS AND THE SERVICE IS FANTASTIC! The caramelized onions really gave it a nice touch especially with the potato sticks on top. The fries were cooked perfectly, the cajun seasoning on top wasn't to overwhelming. I have been here on more than one occasion, it's down the street from my house and great for the occasional burger fix but the last few times I have been delighted to get the privilege of having a neurodivergent person help me at the register. First time at pincho! Not too disappointed but at the same time not blown away. I got the toston burger with fried cheese. Their cilantro sauce bumped up the rating for sure. I was super excited to try this burger, however the toston "buns" were REALLY stale and dry which made it difficult to bite into and chew. The cheese was not warmed all the way through but still added a lot to the overall flavor of the burger. Would give this place 3.5 stars if possible. read more

I'm between a three and a four star for here, but the service was so good that I opted for four. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We ordered: tostón burguer, tex mex bowl, naughty burger and drinks. The flavors were great and my Mex bowl was very filling! I recommend it. The tostón burguer looked underwhelming to be honest. It used to be thick tostones with a fairly big meat patty, lettuce, tomatoes etc. This one looked lean on everything... With that said though, it was so much easier to eat and the taste was great. My heart was torn between the price and the item, but at least as a once in a while thing i can budge. Most importantly the staff were great. The tostón burguer came with salt and pepper sprinkled on top and we're very allergic to pepper. We didn't think to ask beforehand and were devastated thinking it would be an ordeal to change. The staff were super understanding and kind, and redid the whole thing, even ensuring not to season the meat with pepper. Hats off to them! The chicken pinchos weren't the same as usual. We usually enjoy the food, but they always forget something. Today was one of the burgers, other times is the sauces and we have to go back to get the stuff while the rest of our food gets cold.
