I also ordered a side of onion rings. I enjoy fresh, thick cut onion rings that are hand battered and deep fried. The type where you take a bite and hot, fresh onion slides into your mouth with some of the crunchy coating. That is not the type of onion rings served at Ford's Garage. These were the frozen, dump them in a fryer like McDonald's fries, type onion rings. You can probably get them at Costco. The person picking up my food arrived approximately 45 minutes after I placed the order and was told, "WE DON'T HAVE YOUR ORDER!!!" Are you kidding me? So I called ahead, placed the order, was given virtually no useful information, couldn't pay in advance, she wouldn't take my name for the order, and then 45 minutes later the person I sent to pick it up was told they didn't even have the order. That is an unbelievable failure in basic customer service and order management. At this point, I have to seriously question whether the employee even properly entered the order in the first place. If your system doesn't provide customers with a pickup time, doesn't allow payment over the phone, doesn't take a name for the order, and then can't even locate the order when someone arrives to pick it up, what exactly is the point of calling ahead?
