Drive thru line takes forever and the employees arent the nicest. Dont come here often anymore.

Got in waited 20 minutes to order/receive my food. I told the cashier it was TO GO. She places the food onto a tray after an awful wait next to a screaming child. I asked her politely if I can get it to go since that's what I originally told her. She doesn't say a word, and throws a folded up bag onto the tray. I've never ran into this experience before and I honestly don't need someone's shitty attitude when I'm being polite. She should be fired and never be able to work at a fast food place again. read more

Do not come here, there are too many people staffed for it to run so slow. They only have one person at the register. People behind the counter aren't using gloves and the floors near the soda machines are disgusting. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to, I lost my appetite! Not to mention that this particular Wendy's is located in a really nice location near the UTC mall and other nice stores so would think they would keep better appearances to match the area. Service was quick and the food tasted like what was expected from a Wendy's chain! I asked for an extra cup for my toddler and ketchup through the drive-through window. Don't get discouraged it's an OK place to stop by for some fast food! read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at a Wendy's. Sitting in line for 45 minutes waiting on my order is ridiculous. Not to mention the 20 minutes I waited in line to place my order. After waiting an extended period of time to get my order half of my food wasn't even in there. If you are thinking about stopping there to get something quick to eat, keep on driving go somewhere else. This is the third time I have received horrible service at this establishment. I usually go to this Wendy's at least once if not twice a week, since I work in the restaurant industry and work late. However, tonight was the worst food I have ever received from there. Burger, nuggets and fries are all ice cold. I asked for no tomato and got tomatoe ( not that serious). I'm more upset that my entire order at almost 11pm was cold.. not just a bit cold but ice damn cold. read more

Easily the worst Wendy's I've ever had the pleasure of ordering from. I usually frequent late at night after I get off work (I work nearby) and there's never usually more than one or two cars in the line, including myself. The employees who take the order seem as though they can't hear, I'm constantly having to repeat myself just for it to repeated back to me wrong. By the time I get to the window I'm greeted with a stale announcement of how much I owe. The food usually takes a while to come out as well and for how long it takes it doesn't seem to hold temp. And on top of the food being cold and taking a long time, it's usually wrong anyways. I can't recall a time where I went there and it was right more than two night in a row. At The time I'm writing this review I got a free cold cheeseburger that I didn't even order, which isn't a big deal but I'm guessing that means the person who was ahead of me must've not gotten it I guess. read more

This Wendy's is hands down the slowest fast food I've ever had. I've visited this location multiple times since I live locally but you could be the only person ordering in their drive thru and still wait 15+ minutes for your order. On the bright side the food is prepared perfectly upon receiving your order. read more

Do yourself a huge favor and do not come to this location. I live in the area and this is a pretty upscale place however this Wendy's has the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. There's always this one guy at the drive through, an older gentleman Hispanic with a heavy accent. I don't come here very often. I think the last time I came here was about nine months ago and the same person was here. The line was long at that time & I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I was in line for about 20 minutes, I then got to the drive through window & he told me they didn't have any grilled chicken sandwiches ready & that it would take another 10 minutes to make it. They just had 20 minutes to cook this sandwich & now they expect me to wait another ten? He proceeded to tell me that they had fried chicken sandwiches ready so I said I'll take that. Instead he deleted my order and refunded my card only for the sandwich not the whole order (I order the meal). When I noticed his mistake he didn't even apologize to me but basically rudely handed me the rest of my money in cash. Fast forward to nine months later, tonight and here I am again trying to get some food. First off it's him again at the window, barely speaks any English. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries with no salt, he says sprite? Why the hell would I order a sprite with no salt? Does that make any sense? Then I asked for honey mustard for the nuggets because he put bbq sauce in there when I hadn't even asked for that & he proceeds to tell me you don't have to be upset that I put barbecue sauce in there, you just have to ask. Isn't that your job? Aren't you supposed to ask the customer what kind of sauce they want instead of you putting whatever sauce you want to put in there? Like I said people do yourself a huge favor and don't go here. I for once will never give this location my business again until they learn some customer service skills. This is crazy. 50 minutes waiting. They are open til 2am. It is now 10:30 ( I got in line at 9:40). They say they take an order, cook it to order, then take the next. People are getting hostile in line. You think between 9:30 and 2:00 am they'd figured on selling fries and burgers. No need to cook to order. read more

Have sat over an hour in line. Watching multiple people leave the line. Also observing employees sit and do nothing while "food is made to order". When we said "your entire drive thru is down" the girl WITH A HEADSET ON says "I don't know I don't have a headset" and walks away. We had 10 nuggets. Have sat over 20 minutes at the window. Just an FYI we run fast food chains..... we know how long it takes. This operator needs to step up to the plate and get proper training. *revised for the fourth time because they actually did not give my money back after the last review and I had to fight for it* I ate here again because it's so close to my house and realized that everyone that works at this Wendy's is completely incompetent. I don't think they've ever got an order right. I was charged double for my food tonight and it took 15 minutes just to get my money back and the food was a mess. I've wasted too much of my life at this Wendy's already. I eat at regularly Wendy's all over the country and I honestly don't expect anything amazing from such underpaid work but this place is the absolute worst. Consistently awful, always a wait time of at LEAST 15 minutes at the window and the most incompetent workers I've ever seen anywhere. I'm revising my review because today the guy at the window dropped my money in the rain and just laughed at me. No apology, no offer to cover the change I couldn't find in the puddle that he dropped it into so not only did I have to get out of my car and look for the money in the pouring rain I had to compensate what he lost of mine. It doesn't matter if you are going through the drive-thru or inside, I've never eaten at this particular Wendy's without them completely messing up my order. I figure it's because most of the employees don't speak English fluently. I order the same thing every time and all I ask for is no condiments, just ketchup. I have received my sandwich either: completely loaded with all condiments, no condiments at all (no ketchup either), without a BUN, or a completely different sandwich altogether. I've asked for extra dipping sauce while giving my order in the drive-thru, and when I get to the window, pay, and then they give me my food, there is no dipping sauce at all. I ask for the dipping sauce that they forgot and they tell me I have to pay for it. I am not running my card again for a charge that will be under a dollar! I explain that I already asked for extra dipping sauce in advance and they should have charged me then. They usually just give it to me, but it happens every time without fail. They really need to get it together. I know it's a fast food chain, but I would expect better, especially considering the location. read more

This place is so slow! They need to hire more people, or coach the people that are there now to be more efficient. I work nearby and on late nights, it's basically the only place to eat that is quick and still open, but the past 4 times I've been here I've spent my entire 45 minute break waiting in line to get my food. read more
