My main dish was the italian sausage sub and it was overcooked (both bread and meat) and rather bland. The fries were good though! My friend had the burger and reported it was overdone and dry. Which they have. We got a salted Carmel concrete and a mint concrete. Waited 18 min. They made the cone first and set it in a cup. My husband walked up to get our order because it had been sitting there. The cone was melted and I threw it away. The mint Andes mint was terribly made. And the Carmel was fine. They sent out the concretes without spoons. And laughed when we threw the cone out because it was melted. Disrespectful. Not organized. And rude because there was a fairly big "after dinner rush" We normally have a great experience here.

The intervals from which the waiter came back to the table was very long. It would've helped if the chairs had been padded but they were hard with like school room chairs. The dining room was decorated very nice and the decor and artwork is very tasteful. Music was a little loud. The food was exceptionally good from the appetizer to the main course to our dessert. It was exceptional. That is five stars ONLY - The service really was a lot to be desired for a good tip and review.
