Be extremely cautious if looking to place pick up orders. Called and placed an order and then when showed up was informed that they made a mistake and while they took the order did not enter the order. As this was a preplanned pick up for a meeting this created a significant inconvenience and problem. Although the manager noted that it was their fault and apologized, he did not present us with the solution or have any urgency in correcting. Rather, he said that it would just take time to put it together and could not redeploy Resources to get an expedited, even though it was the problem. Extremely unfortunate and will not be using this location again, given this poor execution and sense of urgency and solving a problem that they created. read more
