Guy working the window and taking orders 6-23-26 9pm thought it would be funny to act like the ordering mic was cutting in and out and he couldn't hear anything at first then told my wife all he hears is her screeching in a high pitched voice. Obviously he was pretending something was wrong as there was nothing wrong...he was just trying to be funny and impress his coworkers with how not to take an order and goof around. I ordered a large strawberry lemonade and was given some fruit punch drink (picture added). I went back in and told the staff that what I ordered was not what I was given, and anybody who has had a strawberry lemonade from wendy's knows they don't look like that. the girl debated with me that she poured me a strawberry lemonade and said "i don't know what to to tell you," even after i explained it would be pulpy, not even this color, etc.. after i left, however, i realized they also forgot both of my ranches i ordered. this place is a mess read more

I haven't typically had a good experience at this Wendy's, but Thursday night was great. Our cashier, Bella, was very attentive to our order and made sure we got everything in a timely manner. She even made sure to wipe off our ice cream cups and serve them to us clean! That's good service. read more

I waited in the drive thru line 10 minutes before I got to the speaker to give my order. They kept me sitting there 15 minutes thinking they would be with me any minute. At that point I asked, is this thing working, are you taking drive thru orders. They apologized and took my order telling me the inside orders were keeping them busy. I suggested that they put a sign out to close the drive-thru if they were going to ignore it! They took my order. I got home to find it was not the burger I ordered. Worst Wendy's experience in my life, and probably the worst fast food experience, period. My daughters food was not prepared correctly. Asking for it to be redone as ordered seemed far too inconvenient for the teens working here. I don't blame them so much, it was clear the manager had no handle on the place. Crew was large, but simply standing around, it took forever just to acknowledge me at the register. I've never seen so many fries and chicken nuggets all over the kitchen floor. I could have mulched a flower bed with all those fries. Finally and most importantly I caught one teen eating food directly from the prep table as he prepared burgers. Yes he was eating with his gloves on, and then making burgers for you and me. Not even just sneaking a fry. The slowest drive-thru in the history of forever. With McDonald's closed right now, they're the only game in town and they are terrible. Usually, this Wendy's does an excellent job with my food but last night was not the night. I work in food service but they way the cut corners to make food was not acceptable. Part of it was my dad's fault by not saying I had a pork allergy but the rest I fault on the team as they simply pulled bacon off of my burger. I do not appreciate you using a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger to make me a Jr. Cheeseburger. The only reason why you weren't called last night is because i was on watch to see just how sick i would get. Luckily, I only have a rash on the inside of my mouth and around my lips with light swelling as I only bit into the burger and spat it out. My boyfriend works 3rd shift and stopped to pick us up the breakfast baconator this morning and we were blown away by how tasty it was! We're never going to McDonald's again. Serious- never again. The staff offers fast and friendly service. I think there was only one time I had to wait more than 3 minutes for my food. Most of the time you can zip through the drive through line very quickly. They run a very efficient operation. The food is hot and tasty. read more

We were very disappointed in our experience at THIS Wendy's. We waited 20 minute for our food. The staff seem have been in a daze and couldn't tell their posterior from their elbow. We ordered a chicken strips meal and a spicy chicken meal with a baked potato and each one with a frosty after 20minutes of waiting my potato was cold, and our frosties were chocolate milk. I had to ask for butter. And we were not the only angry customers at 2:30pm on 7-15-2018. A real let down considering we were at the Wendy's in Fairlawn, Ohio the previous day and their service was so great, & the food was hot and fast, it knocked our socks off. This is probably the best Wendy's I've ever been too. Our orders are always fresh, hot, and served quickly. The workers are friendly both the drive-thru and the inside are efficient with the orders. We came at 10:00 PM at night and got juicy burgers, fresh nuggets, and hot fries. We also visited this location at 10:30 AM and had the same (if not a better) experience with the food and service. Is absolutely horrible on the weekends. Just there 10/19/19 in the afternoon. Only three cars in drive through yet took 10 minutes. Got my order wrong...of course. The girl working as cashier was a smart ass and had a "I don't want to be here attitude". Obviously a high schooler. Would definitely get her away from the public and or fire her immediately. Ok I don't know about what all the bad reviews are about. I don't often go to fast food places but I will if I have to, Wendy's in Wadsworth is always a good choice. We always use the drive thru which never made a mistake. They were always friendly and courteous. The only complaint I would have is their top buns are always cold. Honestly I was in this Wendys a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience where someone in the kitchen was yelling and being so loud that the lady wiping tables stopped by and apologized. So I waited a few weeks and returned with my son for a late night dinner, hoping that we would get the service we used to get here (not sure if there has been a management change). When we ordered and received our food the lady at the register said that they would make and bring the cheese sauce out that we ordered...never happened till we were done eating. Additionally we were served food that was just sub par. The fries were barely warm and were clearly old, and my fish sandwich was not fresh. Sick and tired of paying for sub par food and service not returning. Seriously I have never had bad service here in the 8 years I have lived in Wadsworth until the past two times. Not sure what changed crew, manager, whatever but because of these two experiences it will be a very long time before I return! read more
