This is one of the few "late night" fast food places open but I'd steer clear. Food orders from the drive-thru are never right and the burger patties (although they claim they are made fresh daily) are hard bricks thrown onto stale buns. People working here could care less. Too busy texting on their phones and throwing temper tantrums in front of customers. Managers are nothing more than someone with a .50 per shift pay increase and a different color name tag, nothing of any skill or training. It's a wonder that they have the ability to keep this place running, since every visit they seem to be out of most standard menu items. read more

Did a pickup order for 11:45 am on a Friday. Had numerous issues. I arrived before the order was ready. After pickup, only drove less than a mile to home. Then discovered that the fries were soggy and cool, along with all 6 hamburgs. The 1 kids meal was missing the chocolate milk. I ordered my 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers with no cheese & mayo, but add ketchup & onions. Only 1 hamburger was done correctly. Will never go back to this location again. read more

The service was great! We could tell that the young lady taking our order was new, so I told her she did a great job & to have confidence in herself. As usual the food was very good. My only complaint is that the entry way and the dining area floors were dirty. read more

Went at 12pm and ordered a taco salad. They told me the chili for the salad wasn't ready yet so I couldn't get that salad. Breakfast was over at this point so I don't understand why they couldn't just make the chili once breakfast is over so people can have the food that they actually want. Very disappointed read more

This has to be the worst Wendy's I have ever been in and I've been in quite a few. Staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and slow. Can't get orders correct and food is sometimes not fresh. I used to go quite a bit because they are within walking distance but I no longer go. Prices have gone up although that is pretty much everywhere. Nice that a real good Thai restaurant is next door and is about the same price for FAR better food. read more

Have been in this Wendy's exactly twice since November, 2023. Both times, I ordered two doubles - one with nothing but tomato, and one with no onions. Both times, the doubles came with whatever the worker in the back felt like putting on it, including onions on mine and cheese, ketchup, mayo, and mustard on the one that was tomato-only. Twice in 6 months ... very simple requests that were delivered incorrectly. The store wasn't even busy either time I was there. Do better, Wendy's. read more

They were absolutely assholes to me. I had to correct my order for them and I still did not get my entire order.

"Sorry our systems down" seriously.... This has been the case, supposedly, for the last 5-6 times I've come. It's always around closing time-- not too close to it obviously I'm talking hour to two hours till close. If this is actually them being honest--they need a new system. If this is a lie out of laziness, then these people need to realize they signed up for the job, and if they don't like it and don't wanna do it, quit... Leaving this at 3 stars just in case these employees are being honest, but can't give anymore due to the unreliability of this store, and getting incorrect food when the system isn't "down". read more

The staff seems very unhappy working here. An African American teenage boy was very hostile to us working the front. On other experiences all employees seem so dreadful to be there besides Brayden. Brayden is very enthusiastic and is why I still come back even with other mixed experiences from other staff. read more

Customer service is so horrible. They lock their doors cause of understaffing and only keep their drive thru open which is understandable to an extent. We waited through the long drive thru line. Drove up after they passed us our food and realized they forgot our drinks. When I called the location and asked if we could run in to get them and not wait through the long drive thru lane again they told me no. They also wouldn't run the drinks out to us. I'm expected to go thru the drive thru again and let my food get cold because of their mistake. It's ridiculous honestly, it takes a second to make a mistake right and they decided not to, which was frustrating. I realize it's just a drink but it's the principle. read more

I ordered strawberry lemonade, got Hawaiian punch, my burger was also wrong, and after sitting there for what felt longer than necessary, they just about tossed the bag at me and said and I'll quote "here." Did a mobile order. App said they got my order just needed me. Saw the charge was pending in my bank account. Went to pick it up and they wouldn't give it to me. Something with their system not working. They said they were afraid if they gave me my food I might cancel my order so they wouldn't get the payment. I thought I was a customer not a criminal. Been going to this location for years and when I'm lucky enough I get this young man at the drive thru he absolutely brightens my day with how enthusiastic and charming he is. Don't ever eat here! I bit into a Dave's single cheeseburger and on my second bite I bit into something extremely hard that broke my tooth in half! I filed a customer incident report with the manager, was told to call after my dentist appointment and they've been blowing my phone calls off for almost 2 months now. Do not eat here if you enjoy having nice teeth. Negative stars if I could. My tooth was broken down to the nerve, and it was extremely painful, there's a picture as well as a picture of the huge broken piece of my MOULER with the foreign object in my meat patty. I ordered a meal and found a blue hair in my cheeseburger. Ew, disgusting! Unacceptable.

Not only did I wait in line to order for 13 minutes I waited at the speaker to order for 7 more minutes. Only to get home and learn the regular nuggets I had ordered were all spicy nuggets. I proceeded to call them and tell them they had made a mistake and I would come back for the regular nuggets. I was told to pull into a curbside pick up space and call and someone would bring out my nuggets; which I did. After 6 calls and no answer I have to then walk up to the drive thru window where 10+ cars were still in line, just to get my nuggets. Don't go here unless you want to wait 30 minutes for an incorrect order. read more

I have only ordered Singles with cheese, everything on them. I have never been disappointed, they were fresh, hot and well-made. I only visit during lunch. This is the only Wendy's that I have good luck with. read more

I've been there twice since they remodeled and the store looks great. Clean, fresh, new. The food was good, waited longer than normal for fries, but they were fresh obviously. The first time I was there, I noticed that the wifi was not working. I mentioned to someone at the counter and I was told it doesn't always work. This last time, I noticed it not working again. They prominently display signs mentioning free wifi, so I thought I would mention again. I was met with even more ambivalence this time and I'm fairly certain it was a manager I was talking to. I thought they might appreciate hearing a consumers perspective regarding choice of restaurants and dependable wifi. They were not interested. I was expecting something like; 'We're having trouble with it, our apologies, we hope it will be more dependable next time.' What I got instead was; "It sometimes works, sometimes not.
