Went through the drive thru on my lunch hour today because I wanted to try this new Italian chicken sandwich everyone has been buzzing about. I have heard it is dry and to ask for extra marinara sauce (they failed to give that to me even when I asked a second time at the window). I think if there was more sauce I would have liked it much better because the bun is so flavorful, it kind of overpowered everything else. Would still recommend, but probably go when it's not so busy so attention to detail is better. This is a newer looking location and seemed nice from the outside. read more

My review is based on my latest experience but the experience I had is consistent with how my experience been at this location recently. The drive thru line was long and we are fine to wait. We understand the store may be short staffed and patience is key. The issue we had is once we get through the drive through and get our food (I'd say this was a good 10-12 minute wait) the food itself is not good quality. I have never had fries this cold before. It was awful. These fries were soggy and cold. If we are going to be made to wait for food the least you can do is ensure it is fresh. I understand my food will not always come out piping hot and fresh but this was unacceptable. The chicken sandwiches we ordered were fine, but they took a customization request for one order and applied the same customization for all sandwiches. We did not make this request. I am going to stop coming to this location and go to the perinton when I want Wendy's. I never have any issues at this location. read more

Soda machine sprayed on my white pants. Took forever to get stain out. Food was good, staff were nice.

Understaffed and had people standing around. Had to leave after waiting for a half hour without ever getting a simple biggie bag order.

Restroom no soap, toilet paper on a roll on top of dispenser and only one usable stall. No paper towels. 7 people working waited over 10 min in line to order, with only 1 person ahead of us in line. They were very unorganized. Dinning room tables had garbage on them and the floors were a mess. Parking lot needs to be cleaned up, garbage all over. Kinda surprised this is in Webster. read more

Took 15 minutes of me standing at the counter to get someone to take my order. Food came out decently fast which surpised me. I got worried about missing something so i checked the bag, but I guess not hard enough. My order was missing a whole 4 pc tenders, the bacon on my Jr. bacon burger, AND my ghost pepper chicken looked like it had been frozen, taken out of the freezer for a week, put back in the freezer, pulled back out and microwaved. Horrible food, horrible service, Horrible ambiance. Felt like I wasnt wanted there. Maybe next time I guess. read more

I have been to this Wendy's several times. This last time I had double cheese burger. The total cost was $11.80. The bun was stale, though the burger was good. The frostees are good. Wendys is good for a quick pickup of burger and frostee. read more

I've only visited here a few times, but after yesterday I'm not sure if I'll be back. We had a simple order at the drive through, and asked if we could do two separate orders. They told us yes and handled it fine. Not really a customer service problem here. However when we received our food it was so salty it was practically inedible. I have a feeling the employees sabotaged our food because we had a few requests (like sauce on the side or no pickles) I'm really disappointed in what I believe to be blatant misconduct of the grill employees who messed with our food. I really wanted to like this location since it's close to my home and work. Now I don't think I trust it anymore. Family went to Wendy's. I am busy working from home. I asked them to pick me up a spicy chicken sandwich. That's it. Nothing else. I got a burger. 3rd time an order has been wrong at this location. I always get a crispy chicken sandwich with only lettuce and honey mustard and fries and they never mess up my order. Literally this place is one of my favorite fast food place, I got to say it's so much better than McDonald's. This would be my go to place to eat. They also keep up with cleaning their restaurant. Happy that there is a Wendy's in Webster. We went in for a late meal. The place is very clean, there were employees continually cleaning and making the atmosphere look good. Friendly staff and prompt service. We opt from sitting outside, yes there is an enclosed eating area! Fries were fresh and not fully loaded with salt. Nuggets were cooked right. Salads are fresh too. I myself always get the lemonade flavored drinks, a must try. read more

I love Wendy's, it is the best fast food chain and far superior than McDonald's or Dairy Queen. This one in particular is the best one I have EVER been to!! And I've been to many many Wendy's across the state. In addition, the 4-for-4 deal is the best thing since sliced bread, and it's my go-to whenever I'm there. Also, the fry guy is the cutest person in the world (he also does the grill!!) and is one of the kindest people to ever work at Wendy's, he definitely deserves a raise for all the work he puts in (to everything, not just Wendy's-related things). I would recommend going to Wendy's just to see him! And if you ask for mayonnaise, he'll throw in a complimentary band-aid for you too! All in all, this Wendy's provides great food and great service ;) WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?! read more

We prefer Wendy's food over McDonald's or Burger King. However, this location has botched our orders too many times. When you call to complain, they take your name and offer you what you already paid for which doesn't begin to make up for the fact that my kid's meal isn't here and I'm not wasting another 20 minutes and more gas to go get it (I give him mine like any other parent). They are now an option on Door dash (they deliver for Wendy's) but they refuse to send you the food to your house which would be the right thing to do. So, McDonald's it is from now on....they hardly ever botch an order and when they do, they at least offer you more than what you already paid for. read more

I went through the drive-through here and the employees were extremely friendly. Since this is a new Wendy's, the outside of the facility looked clean and well-kept. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It came with Arugula lettuce and was good. read more

Best Wendy's location in rochester. The staff is efficient and the food is always on point. The interior feels like a first class 5star fast food restaurant with the tvs and fireplace. This location is on ridge road and not empire. read more
