This is the worst service I have gotten at a Wendy's location in my life. I have been to many Wendy's in many cities and states in the US. I have gotten bad service so that's why I only order using the mobile app. I placed a drive thru order at this location per usual. I have never been to this location but I assume all Wendy's should be standardized since it's a chain. I arrived and the manager met me with extreme rudeness. She said I didn't have an order in drive thru and there was no was she could do anything about at the drive thru. I'd have to come in. I showed her my app and told her it was drive thru. She shrugged me off and made me come in. I went in and there also was no food ready. So of course I had to talk to front counter staff none of them had any idea of what they were doing. Someone even asked me what size cups to use(they were listed on the receipt I presented). So here is my order that's "not for drive thru" All lobby drinks were out too. This review is for the drive-thru service only at this location. I haven't had Wendy's in a long time and I was oddly craving a frosty so I swung by this location and got some drive-thru. The wait was..odd. When I pulled in line there were probably five cars in front of me. Once I got in line we all just sat there..for at least five minutes. A car or two got impatient and left the line. I stuck it out. Once they started taking orders again the line went by super fast. So five minutes just sitting there and then probably another three minutes and I had my food..it was..odd. Having not eaten Wendy's in a while I did take note of a couple things. To sum it up basically prices have gone up, and serving sizes have shrunk. I ordered a classic double regular sized with fries, a diet coke, and a regular sized frosty. The hamburger itself is the only thing that seemed to be the same size. The fries were..very tiny..the drink was waaay smaller than I remember..and the regular sized frosty was almost comically small. Seriously..I would compared the size to a slightly over sized shot glass. And it was close to $10 for all that..hardly a value meal anymore. The food was about as good as I remember it being. The beef they use is probably my favorite of all fast food hamburger joints. It's just tasty..don't even want to think about whatever artificial seasonings they use to make it that way. The fries were a bit soggy but not bad. The diet coke was completely flat and undrinkable. The frosty really did hit the spot..but thank goodness I wasn't more hungry with how small it was. Overall, I mean, yeah I'd eat here again. Why not..Wendy's is decent fast food..not the best or worst. It'd be nice if they gave you more food with the prices going up..but..what can you do? read more

we ordered through Uber eats. 1/2 our order was missing. we called Wendy's at 10:45 several times before we got an answer and the guy who answered the phone said they where closed. yet the Uber eats guy went there to get the rest of our order. it says on the web open till 11:30pm it was an argument with them to get the rest of our order. We finally got the rest of our order our chicken burger and hamburger was put together so poorly so much mayo & ketchup that it was leaking out the wrapper no bacon which we paid an up charge for. Terrible Attitude, I try to avoid this place at all costs but I ended up eating everything around the area so I thought it would maybe be different this time...NOPE this is the 5th time I've gone to this location and it's the 5th time that I have been treated disrespectfully. I understand these workers make minimum wage and don't want to be at work but being respectful costs nothing. They were out of sprite when they asked me what I wanted to drink with my combo meal and the entire time the manager was being super passive aggressive. Well I wish I had read the reviews before buying here. Left Ikea around 8:30 pm and ordered two kids meals through the drive-thru. Service was odd.. cook came around and peeked at us..what is that about? Well now I wonder what I did wrong to not impress him.. food was cold and smelled odd. Absolutely horrible. I stopped here on my way to working a 3rd shift to get my lunch for later. I ordered on the app. I didn't realize they forgot my frosty until I was at work but once there I was too busy to call them about the situation. But I thought not big deal I'll call later and get a credit. Well when I called I got ahold of the best customer service representative ever born. This lady was so extremely rude and told me to either "come and get now or nothing can be done about it." I explained that I just want a credit because I'm at work and unable to leave to pick up the missing item. She then tells me well you should have said something while you were here. NO B!+€h you should have done your job correctly to begin with. I am calling corporate in the morning when they open. Not that it does any good. I for one am so happy that these worthless people like her all got these huge raises that they passed on to the customer by changing $15 to $20 or a meal. I didn't realize until today that I was short changed at Wendy's on Muhlhauser yesterday late afternoon (Feb 7th, 2018). I should have realized something was up the way the guy was acting - overly friendly and over the top polite. I drove away thinking he was just being very friendly, but now I realize he knew he shortchanged me. Gave me change for a $10 when I gave him a $20.
