My husband and I went with two other couples for dinner on Friday before the Joe Nichols concert. As soon as we walked in, the first thing I noticed was how empty the restaurant was--there were only two other customers there. It was so quiet you could hear crickets. I ordered a Blackberry Rum Lemonade. While it tasted okay, there was no noticeable taste of alcohol, and for $8, I received a small glass packed with ice. To make matters worse, there appeared to be dirt or paper debris in the ice. I ended up ordering a beer afterward, even though it was Happy Hour. My husband ordered a shot and a Sprite. For dinner, I had six wings and we shared the pork nachos. My husband ordered three chicken tenders, which were extremely overcooked and charred. The biggest surprise came when it was time to pay. The woman who appeared to be running the entire restaurant by herself simply came over and told us our total was $62--without providing an itemized bill or receipt to review. We were expected to take her word for it. Unfortunately, between the poor food quality, questionable drink value, dirty ice, and lack of a proper bill, this was not a good experience. Voodoo Brewing was a dinner selection for a work gathering and it fell quite flat impressing the group of 12 ppl. Its two highlights were the service. Our server hustled and our drinks and food were provided quickly and accurately. The appetizers were the best food of the night, especially the pulled pork nachos and pub pretzels. Other shared bites ordered were the hummus platter and buffalo chicken dip with chips. I enjoyed my breakfast burger with the fried egg and fries. My coworker that ordered the shrimp po boy sandwich gave it a thumbs up. Most other items, including the pizzas and salads, got poor reviews. My friend noted the shaved brussels salad was one of the worst items he'd eaten. Plenty of beers on tap. The environment at Voodoo was awful, which became a laughing matter. We sat at a high top table made of pallets and the steel chairs were incredibly uncomfortable for some of our team to sit in. Several of us were sliding forward out of the seat and by the end of the night we were in pain having wrapped our feet around the legs to stay out. By the end of the night most of us were standing up at the table. Trivia was the nightly event. The music was loud and person leading trivia was fairly hard to understand over it. Our host that picked Voodoo thought it may be a fun activity for us but we gave up on participating. Lots of seating inside and fine for groups. Private parking lot. If you stop in, ask for a short table (also with bad chairs) and only order apps and beer. read more

Since we really enjoyed Voodoo Brewing downtown, we wanted to check this place out too(I believe they opened up 4 months ago). Love this location better. Parking is easy access and the inside is very spacious. We went on a Friday for lunch. They were not too busy so we were able to sit anywhere. Our server was Travis. Very down to earth, attentive and went over the menu thoroughly. They have so many beers to choose from. The front menu is their signature beers that they serve all around. Also have guests taps, cocktails, mocktails and wine. I love their menu. It's simple, yet hard for me to choose what I want because everything looked good. Appetizers, wings, sandwiches, pizza, burgers, salads, and bowls. We ordered: Drinks: -Empty Calories Light Lager -Oh Mama Golden American Lager -Good Vibes west coast IPA -Tapawera New England IPA Lunch: -Foodoo burger: cheddar cheese topped with signature blend burger patty w/ bacon and their house made Cajun ranch. With side of fries -Shrimp tacos : Flour tortilla, fried shrimp, slaw and their signature voodoo sauce I absolutely love the beers! Very light, crisp and refreshing. Which paired well with my burger. My meal was so good. Loved the shoestring fries and Cajun ranch sauce, The burger tasted flamed grilled. I liked it very much because it was simple and not messy, so easy to eat. My Mr enjoyed his Shrimp tacos, I think he liked my burger better because he kept raving about it. We also got another round of beers after we ate and they too were good. This place is very laid back. The only thing is if you want to watch a game, I only saw two big screen tv towards the back, not near the bar area. They do have beers to go in the refrigerated area. Me and my wife went to Sounders but couldn't get a table because it was so crowded, so we went to Voodoo brewing and walked right in and sat down , the place was empty. After getting our meal we understood why it was empty doing peak time on a late Saturday afternoon! The food was horrible! We ordered the chicken tenders and it was so saturated with old cooking oil and smelled burnt! I ordered the fish & chips which was cod and it was nothing but a lot of crust and no fish and it smelled like week old cooking oil!! The chicken tenders left such a lingering nasty taste in my mouth that I had to wash it down with 2 beers! I rarely complain about food in restaurants but this time I am !! Never will go there again. I will say my server was very nice and friendly and she felt bad that we had such a horrible food experience and she apologized for the food , but she didn't take if off the bill? lol! read more

I waffled between 3 and 4 stars. Settled on 4 because there is potential. The interior is bright and very casual and minimalist. The table tops are pallets. The food menu is typical pub food. We ordered the not-a Philly sub and a hamburger. The food was OK but not noteworthy. The beers and specialty mojito we ordered were very good. They do not brew any beers on the premise. The nice part of the evening was the live music. I'd probably go back for a brew and to listen to some music, probably not for food. read more

My lady and I already tried Voodoo Brewing's location in downtown Cincinnati and enjoyed it, so we figured we'd try the West Chester location too. At least we won't have to pay for parking here. As we expected, we enjoyed the experience. We stopped by on a Friday for lunch. Travis, our server, greeted us right away as we sat at a table. He was very friendly and attentive. The place itself is pretty spacious with lots of seating. Most of the tables are repurposed wooden pallets which we thought was cool. Their libations menu is very nice with an excellent beer selection including guest taps, cocktails, mocktails, and a good wine selection too. The food menu is a nice variety of pub grub from pizzas, wings, salads, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, and more. My lady ordered an Oh Mama lager and the Foodoo burger with fries. I ordered a Good Vibes west coast IPA and the shrimp tacos. We didn't wait long at all before our food was ready and everything was good. My lady really enjoyed her burger. My tacos were good too. The fries are definitely shoestring fries which my lady really likes. Of course, we had another round of brews, as my lady had an Empty Calories light lager, and I had Tapawera New England IPA. Voodoo definitely know how to make great brews, and so far, I've not been remotely disappointed once with any if them. Overall, great spot for libations and food. Even if you're not a craft beer geek, you'll find something you'll enjoy here. I like that they also have 6 packs to go so you can take some Voodoo home too. I think we'll be back again. read more

Went at 11:00am on Sat. Restaurant was large and empty (they just opened for day), it was muggy and sticky warm inside. Need to turn on AC a hour before opening for customers. Online and on menu it shows a peach cinder to drink. They didn't tell us they were out of ciders when we walked in or when they handed us the menu. Waitress was like nope we don't have that what else? U. That was what I wanted. Her nonchalant attitude was a little off putting so we just left. That and the uncomfortable warmth of the place was off putting. Will try again later in day next time. read more

Came here on a Friday night and the service was really fast and really wonderful but the quality of food wasn't what I expected. It was Okay and the seasoning they used on the pickles and tacos made it extremely salty and honestly hard to consume. I also wish there were more substance to the tacos as well. The good, the bad and the dirty. On the positive side. 8 beers of their own including IPA, lagers and a Belgian triple. Lots of guest taps as well. Large dining area. The bad: small bar. Bartenders and staff seem very disorganized and overwhelmed. Bar area was cluttered with papers, napkins and sample cups. Tables in dining area were not cleaned the entire time I was there from previous patrons. The dirty: dirty restaurant. Bathrooms filthy. The band they had tonight was great. We walked in and tried to sit at the bar but chairs were very uncomfortable and slanted down. So we moved to a table which was oddly high and also uncomfortable. West Chester Location. We eat out a lot in the area and tried this place on a whim. Big mistake. My order: Colossal Chili Cheese Dog. Giant all beef hot dog smothered in house made chili.... What I was served was an Oscar Mayer sized hot dog. The only thing colossal about this sandwich was the bun, which was at least double the size of the hot dog. The chili only covered the hot dog only... so the rest was just a dry bun. Honestly, the part that I was able to eat was tasty... but, order two if you want to be filled up. My wife's order: Chicky Chicky Bang Bang: Tikka marinated chicken breast, breaded and fried golden.... What she was served was a McDonald's chicken nugget size piece of chicken, seriously. The size of the chicken piece was laughable. They would have needed 4 or 5 pieces to stretch to the end of the bun. Upon paying our tab we summoned the manager. She apologized but said that the portion sizes and sandwich recipes are controlled by the franchise. So, we drove through a fast-food place on the way home from this adventure to fill up. I would excuse any place for having a bad night or skimping on a meal, etc. but the manager pretty much told us that this is what we can expect. Sorry, but we won't be back. read more

We visited on a Saturday shortly after 5 and it was relatively quiet with lots of space. By 6 PM it was about 3/4 full with groups of friends, couples and young families. Has an industrial vibe and is definitely not the place for a quiet conversation! Spouse had the voodoo secrets stout. He enjoyed it, noted it isnt as smooth as a Guiness. I had the BlackBerry pear mojito...very tasty! We both ordered the Not a Philly Cheesesteak. It was good, but could have used more filling (veggies and steak) Beer Cheese was a nice addition and was tasty. Servers were very pleasant and friendly but it did seem to take a long time to get drinks. As we were leaving guitar player was setting up...Benny Bodine. We had to leave so didnt get to listen for more than a song. But when you start with Bob Seger it's a win!. Would we come again..yes especially as we can walk here! read more

Had lunch here today with wife. We sat at a regular table, not a high-top. it was very quiet on a holiday and I think our server was either the owner or part owner. He was very friendly, informative and attentive to us. I had an IPA draft beer whose name I don't recall, but I liked it. It was the top beer on the laminated sheet. Wife had a large pretzel with some mustard -type sauce and cheese. It was good. We split a large order of nachos and I had a crock of chili. OMG--the chili was incredibly good. I've had dozens of chilis in this area and this was at least the second best of all of them. If you're a chili fan you've got to try this one. I complimented our server on how good it was. The nachos were large enough that I had to take almost half of them home. Prices were reasonable. I like patronizing little places like this and hope that the community shows them some love. After going to the downtown location, we were excited to stop here after Topgolf, unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. The location is great and service was decent, and the beer selection was surprisingly good with a lot of guest taps (not only Voodoo beers). The food and the price though leave a lot to be desired. Soggy and soft fries, wings with barely any sauce and the pizza was the equivalent to pizza from a bowling alley. Chicken nuggets in the tacos were extremely dry... overall - not great. read more

My wife and I just left and we were the only two in the place. We ordered burgers and split a loaded fries. Our burgers did not taste freshly made and were served not hot! My burgers was supposed to be 7 oz and my wife's 4 oz but both appeared to be the same size! We then ordered a crème brûlée that came out as a liquid not as a custard. When we asked about it we were told he didn't pull any out this morning and heated a frozen one up thus making it liquid. Our service was good but the food left us not planning to return. read more

We had a fantastic time on the patio of this new brewery at Union Center. Our server was awesome and food/beer were solid. Had fun playing corn hole, listening to the live band, and watching football for a bit inside too. I don't think many know about it quite yet, but I'd recommend it to my friends as a nice little hang out spot. read more

Beer was good, but only had an Empty Calories and Lacto Cooler (I'm not a sour guy, but that was one of the better ones I've had). Didn't have any food so can't comment on that. Service was above average for a brewery. BUT the bigger issue was no TV's. We went to casually watch the reds and/or women's soccer games while sampling the beer, but they only had two small tvs in the corners and neither were turned on. If you plan to keep up with any sporting event, recommend any of the multiple other options in the area. read more

Came to our table every 2 min asking for our food order even after we told her we were not ready to eat. Ordered a pub pretzel after 4-5 visits from waitress.
