Awful. Had some guy employee yell out the take out window at me (basicallytelling me to hurry up and pull up to the take out window). Got up to the window to get my food, told the girl that dude was kind of rude yelling out the window at me. Her response?!?! "Well, you we're just sitting there". For about 37 seconds (not even). No one behind me. What?? Eff off, all of you. If you're going to have a leader that behaves like a spoiled child, who is going to be followed by children who think that person is the best thing since sliced bread, then good luck. Food is average takeout. Recently they've not had chocolate frosty available (boo, hiss) instead they have pineapple frosty and since it is just vanilla frosty with a couple of glops of pineapple syrup they should be able to serve the chocolate frosty as well. BTW the SpongeBob pineapple frosty is just disgusting. read more

Best. Wendy's. Ever. Tried a son of a baconator for the first time and fell in love, then went to get it at other wendy's and it didn't taste as good. Came back today and got the asiago ranch chicken club and I realized it's how this Wendy's cooks their food! They crisp the bacon and have all fresh ingredients. The service is always great when I come here too, the employees tend to the customers and are polite, unlike other fast food chains where they don't really care. Well this fancy Wendy's has great food, but just avoid coffee. My coffee had no sugar in it so I had to park at lunch and then go inside. But they keep the sugar under lock and key and so I was allowed 2 packets after being ignored for 10 minutes by the staff. Then after I mixed my coffee and went back out to my car I was attacked and scratched by holly bushes with savage thorns, fell into my car, spilled the coffee, and tried to get my shirt clean. But dont worry the coffee was cold by this point. Deducted 2 stars for having to wait inside to have my coffee fixed by myself and the really bad decoration idea to use flesh tearing bushes in the parking areas and not trim them. Three stars for good fries (cold by we cant all be winners), nice TV, and for stopping me from returning too often and getting fat. read more

I have to hand it off to the Whitman Wendy's. This is probably the best Wendy's I've been to in a LONG time. What is it that makes SO great? Well, Whitman has the trilogy of fast food chains (McD's, Burger King and Wendy's), and being that the reviews (even before I post mine) for Wendy's are higher than both McD's and BK says something (especially being that Whitman is very small, and probably shouldn't have three fast food restaurants within a walkable area....). And for that matter, between the prices, location, and service from this restaurant, no other Wendy's can beat it! From the Baconator's to the Frosties (my personal favorite menu item.....), everything was at least a bit less expensive than at ANY other Wendy's. Whoever owns the franchise is doing a great job keeping prices down! I also like how the guy at the drive thru speaker says "Welcome to MY Wendy's". Definitely shows they are proud of who they are! Anyway, service is extremely fast, and even with an outstanding 5 car queue on a Friday night at 11pm (definitely feel better coming here that late than stopping at the Brockton Wendy's.... never know what might happen there.....), I was in and out within five minutes. Food was fresh, tasty and the perfect end to a journey down here to Whitman. I would make sure to stop back here if I was down here again..... too bad I live SO far away! (especially since the closest Wendy's to my house is 25 minutes away........) 5 stars for this Wendy's! Great job. read more

It is so annoying. One day we got chilli cheese fries got home there was no chillies. I was so angry couldn't even eat all the fries. We get chicken sandwich ask for original get grilled. Ask for grilled get original. It's almost funny but NOT. Unfortunately it is the only Wendy's near our home so we have no choice but to go back. I'm writing this while standing in line. Everyone that is working here right now is miserable and we stood in line for a decent amount of time before anyone even acknowledged our presence. The young man in the back is drop kicking cardboard boxes with everything he has. They are currently out of gift cards and spoons. The people in the drive through apparently take precedence over the 9 people waiting in line to order as well. At this point I'm still waiting for my food and it doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon. I'm not sure why but this type of encounter seems to be specific to this location. Unfortunately I have no self control and frequent Wendy's often. Quick side note, someone in the back by the drive through window just yelled "what the f#*k loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. Oh well, I think I made my point. Hello I recently came to your location on Wednesday night after eight hard-fought soccer game at the dome down the street. We waited in your drive-through line for about 15 minutes and your order taker barely even spoke English. Our order did come out well but unfortunately my fries were under cooked my chicken nuggets or something heart and I am beyond livid. After driving away we noticed that you guys forgot the special ingredient which is the straws for our sodas!!! Hi, I visited this restaurant last Thursday afternoon about 1 pm. I pulled up too the drive through speaker and was asked by the attendant welcome too Wendy's , May I take your order. I told the woman that I had food allergies and that I had acid reflux and also lactose intolerance problems. I ordered a plain bacon double burger and that I wanted this plain, only with light mayo, onions and the bacon. This woman started yelling and screaming at me and was joined in by another woman also screaming at me telling me that this sandwich came with cheese and that I had too take the cheese. They both screamed at me the total and too pull forward too the window. I told them that I also wanted an order of medium sized fries. They yelled at me that they would give me and order of fries and too pull forward. I had too ask them a few times for the total, and I never got a total amount from them. I pulled up too the window too pay for the above items. I was at this time the amount and paid the attendant! A few minutes later the attendant handed me my bag! There were three attendants at the window at this time including the manager! I was in a car and opened the bag and reached in and opened up the hamburger wrapper and got drenched with grease that was from the deep fat fryer because of the dark brown color! This grease poured all over my shirt and pants! I was drenched in grease and also the hamburger bun was also drenched with this grease! All three attendants busted out laughing and one told me that it was funny watching me open the hamburger! I did a few minutes later call the Whitman, Massachusetts board of health , and talked too the health inspector! I'm handicapped because of getting injured in a training accident in the military! Called to speak with the manager today saying I came through the drive thru Friday afternoon on my lunch break and wondered if my card was in their possession because someone charged my card over $600 on Saturday morning and I couldn't happen to find my debit card anywhere, she asked my last name and said yes we have your card here and it is in the safe. I then proceeded to explain to her someone charged my card Saturday morning and wondered what she could do for me however she started to scream at me saying I am wrongfully accusing her and her employees of theft.
