Not only did I not get the jr bacon cheeseburgers but I didn't get my fry with my meal. I called and was very nice and told her that stuff was missing. My best advice to one who seeks or craves Wendy's is to drive to a different location. I slipped up and went here knowing I was walking the path to my own harsh demise. The some what rational thought of "Hey I want a fast food burger I'm going to stop at Wendy's." Popped into my head, but I made the crucial mistake of going to this Willowick store. I ordered a Dave's Hot and Juice Double, I was trying to taste the beef. To my upmost horror what I saw, tasted, felt, slipped into was a sea of grease. I got out of car, holding the grease drenched bag, fumbling around trying to get my keys, that's all it took for the grease to pour from the bag and onto the ground. I lost my footing and hit the floor and was washed away by the unrelenting force of the grease. It whipped my body around like a rag doll pushing me down the street onto 91. The Tsunami of dead cow juices propelled my helpless body further and further down the road. I cried for help as I finally realized I didn't physically transport anywhere and I was at my kitchen table eating that burger. This was my body and mind trying to send me an S.O.S. If I could give it less than a star I would. I was there with my girlfriend at 9:15 (45 minutes before close) and a car was in the drive thru and we pulled up behind them. We waited 15 minutes, the car in front of us pulled off because nobody spoke on the speaker. We pulled up to the window and saw a kid who refused to make eye contact. He walked in the back, came up front a few times and wouldn't look at us. We honked and he came up and looked through the window as if it was tinted and said "yo there's a car out here" and then walked in the back and never came back out. Absolutely ridiculous. We stopped by at 10 pm and ALL our food was cold! No sauce as we asked in our bags for nuggets. We had to come home and heat it up in the air fryer, that should not be the case. EVERYONE including the manager that worked on 10/28/22 at 10:00 pm should be fired or reprimanded immediately, also everyone needs to be drug tested; the girl at the driver thru window appeared to be high she even sound high (talking in slow motion thru the intercom!) Cook your own food from fresh real ingredients. They did have an advertisement for all-you-can-eat-chilli - not sure what that is about, and currently they have a jalapeno and ghost pepper limited thing goin' on.
