Unprofessional asf. Manager was wearing this Wednesday Mrs.Addams costume and we made a comment saying that the costume looked good and she had a hunch back (we thought it was part of the costume) it wasn't. So her husband heard us (we still didn't know what was wrong) and started cussing pacing back and forth saying "what did that bitch say" "bitches get hit too" and proceeded to try and fight us. Don't wear a costume like that and not assume someone to laugh and make jokes. I even asked her before he went off if it was a costume because I didn't want to offend her. Overall she needs to be fired and corporate will be hearing about this. Update. Yes it was 4 of us 1 person was stuffing their face through all of this and didn't say a word. Nobody was bullying a woman over a condition half of women get just bc they have big boobs. She made a comment on the costume and genuinely thought the hunchback was part of it. We all did that's why there was confusion when the husband went off. I even asked the manager if it was a costume to see why he was upset. She said yes that's when he was addressed. Only 1 person made a comment towards her trying to compliment her. Then 2 of us were arguing with the husband trying to figure out the bitch he was referring to. While one ate and the other diffused the situation and made sure whatever was paid for was gotten. Like I said to Dave if brought to us respectfully it would've been addressed correctly. I am very upset at how unprofessional this establishment is. My little brother was set up for an interview and we made sure he was here before time and very professional.We hold our family to the highest standards and ensure that every interview no matter the low quality job is held as a high one. the minute he walks in for his appointed time, he is turned down due to the times he can work by the hiring manager Autumn. Not to call her out but I also am aware she did the same thing to another person where they were turned down from the minute they sat down. In my opinion and professional stand point he should have never received an interview if this was the availability he had gave from the beginning. This is a waste of time and effort, when he could have been using his time elsewhere. This is disgusting to me as there is help wanted all over this establishment, and even other employees advertising this. We were already hesitant in allowing him to work here, but this most definitely proved that this is clearly not an environment that he would want to work. Not only did we have this experience for the job hiring process but they constantly mess up simple requests to food. We decided to eat food after this failed excuse of an interview and my brother is allergic to pickles and we asked multiple times for no pickles and there was four pickles? Are you trying to kill someone? I'm not trying to sound like a "Karen" but this is a disgrace to a work field and I won't be suggesting working here to anyone and you should either. We were one of 2 cars in the drive-through. We got our food fast, but they should have taken their time. The staff was friendly. The parking lot was dirty. We were missing food items. The taco salad was tiny, a tad bit larger than the size of a hamburger. The best thing they had was the chili. read more

I go here two to three times a week as it's my go to place for spicy chicken . The Asiago Chicken Club is really good and I always get it spicy. So for the food I give 5 stars but this particular place has issues . For a long time there were massive holes in the driveways leading to the drive through which bottomed out my car but have since been patched somewhat. I M not sure if that was Wendy's or the owner of properties responsibility to pay h but thank goodness they finally did . This place is so understaffed it is not funny but they have been hiring for months and it's the way of the world now . I have to give proper credit to those who do work here are trying their best . The same kids I always see and they work hard and try to smile but you can tell they are working themselves ragged. Imagine working with half a crew and still having to put out lots of orders . Sure , they have messed up a thing or two but usually my order is good. the only issues I have is they close the drive through earlier than listed on Google ( wish someone would manage listings ) and often need exact change or say they will only take credit. I remember once they had a no cash sign but I was able to give them exact change since currency is legal tender . I will continue to patron here and wish them luck. My only complaint would be the 4 pc mini nugget for $4.19 is not worth it . A huge waste of money . read more

This Wendy's is always such a disappointment. Multiple times they screw up our orders. Tonight my order was correct, but the food was not as it should be. I always get the Apple Pecan salad at other Wendy's during lunch, because it's my favorite, so I know how it should be made. The one I had tonight from this wendys, had no Apples???, no blue cheese, and the lettuce didn't even fill half of the container. My first visit at the Strinestown Wendys and let me say i wish they were all this great. All the staff was so nice the food came out quick and hot. Although the bacon was forgotten on my bacon cheese burger the manager was quick to make it up to us with not one but two fresh burgers with extra crispy bacon. This location has fallen so far in the last few years. I waited 15 minutes for my order to be taken inside today while the lady behind the counter was cussing at her computer in front of four children because she pressed the wrong button and locked up her screen. She then blamed one of the little girls in a "joking manner" because her order was "difficult". Buy the time I got to the counter the employees where yelling back and fourth about the screw up while the manager just smiled and shook his head instead of correcting the situation. To top it all off my fries where ice cold/ undercooked coming straight from the fryer. I didn't see one hair net on any of the employees nor did I see any gloves. The bathrooms didn't look like they had been cleaned in months, the tables and chairs were sticky as hell, the carpets smell like cat urine, and a huge ass horse fly was flying around me while I was trying to eat. I was here today 8/13 I got up to the window and already the woman was rude and didn't even greet me she shuts the window and now 2-3 minute passes by and I still haven't gotten my credit card back from her. I then see her leave the room and am even more confused. Another employee then gave me my food (which was cold and disgusting) and I questioned her where my card was. She yelled to the girl and here comes the girl from around the corner with MY CREDIT CARD. I'm sorry but that is so unsettling and sketchy to me. I confronted them about it and told them that even if they got my credit card #'s they can't do shit because I'm canceling the card. I cancelled the card, tried to call the Wendy's 5 times finally got a hold of someone and she was a bitch. This place has always been a shit whole I was just hungry and this was the closest place to eat. In the past I have seen people drugged out in the lobby, the place always smells like sewage and don't even get me started on the wait times. This Wendy's is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've been there over 20 times and my order has been wrong over half the time. The staff are extremely rude! One woman argued with me saying that I only ordered one meal. After I persisted, she looked again and said, "oh well it was at the end of the order ticket so I didn't see it," as if that was some excuse for her stupidity. They have a credit card scanner outside that no normal human can reach and they REFUSE to scan it for you. BEWARE for horrible service and wrong orders. Don't expect napkins, condiments, or straws with your meal. Oh and forget hot fries. I will never go here again. I've had my fill of this place. read more
