I had lunch at CFA today. Walked in for counter service and was greeted by two extremely friendly employees. Ordered my sandwich and mac and headed how. Love their chicken and mac. I rarely go in, today I notice the "automatic" garbage can. Btw it was not automatic...... My only complaint about this location is that it is shoehorned in the corner of the Walmart parking lot. The fries with my order smelled like cheese and had an off taste because this establishment does not change out or clean their cooking oil appropriately. I don't have this problem at cheaper fast food establishments, so there is no excuse for it at one that is more expensive. read more

Hey fil-a, It was not my pleasure to remove 4 empty cherry stems from my milkshake. I have yet to start drinking it completely. I can't help but wonder if there are more cherry stems in there. To what lengths will I need to go to remove these from my milkshake. The why, and the how this happened will remain a mystery unless you have an answer. Truly bizarre experience. Chick-fil-A - Spicy Southwest Salad - Fast Food Near Me - York, Pennsylvania

I want to dislike Chick-fil-a and I just can't. I can't blame local franchisees for the sins of the owners of the company. I want to know how their drive in is so well organized and so well done that when the line wraps around the building and halfway across the parking lot I still have my food in 10 minutes and the order is perfectly correct. Down to the number and variety of sauce packets. I find it very difficult to stray from the original chicken sandwich but when I do, I love the Southwestern Salad. It's huge. It's more than enough for 2 people. I love the avocado ranch dressing and I get it with the chicken nuggets instead of sliced grilled chicken. The little packet of pepitas they give you to top your salad with are little crunchy bits of heaven. I can't wait until their dine in areas are open again. I hope that it's soon, but in the meantime I will continue to be in awe of their drive thru efficiency. read more

Best chick fil a in the York area. There's only 2 in east and west York. West York chick fil a IS SO BAD. I don't know what they're doing over there, I completely avoid that one and always go to the east York location everytime. Quick service, nice employees and always hot food. I don't think my order was ever messed up there but we swiftly check the bag before we leave. And they don't hold back on the sauces most time. read more

I got to go through the drive thru twice before ordering because Officer Trout pulled me over in it. I'd missed a no u turn sign and it's a testament to the officers professionalism that I still felt like eating. If this officer wants to teach at the academy he'd be a great example for the cadets. So $182 later I got my chicken sandwich, fries and a frosted coffee for $8.92. The sandwich and fries were fine but I'd assumed the frosted coffee was a coffee milkshake. As you can see I'm a bit off today. The frosted coffee is weird. The crew was curious what happened so I told them. They suggested a red truck with out of state tags may have contributed since they've never been tagged for the same manuver. Their empathy did make me feel better. I like Chick Filet but if I'm on this road again I'll approach from the opposite direction. read more

I usually have nothing but a good experience with Chick-fil-A. That being said, this was not the case. My family and I went in for lunch and ordered the same thing we normally get. After my kids complained their chicken tastes funny I inspected the nuggets further. The chicken in our two chicken nugget kid's meals appeared to be undercooked. I am human and I understand mistakes happen but I have been in the food industry and I have always been taught when a customer comes to you with something wrong, you apologize and fix it. The last thing you want to do is attempt justify it as if the customer is wrong. Unfortunately, that is what happened to us. They replaced the nuggets after feeling as if I had to justify myself to this manager but by then my kids wanted nothing to do with anymore nuggets. I don't know the name of the manager but she had glasses and her hair was in a bun. The second time we found undercooked chicken we approached a deferent manager instead and this gentlemen agreed the chicken wasn't cooked properly. If I'm paying chick-til-A prices- I expect chick-fil-A quality. Fix it. read more

I have eaten at a lot of different Chick-fil-A's across the country and this chick fillet impressed me. Location itself is actually very big there's a lot of seating inside as well as a play area for children. The staff here is extremely friendly almost to friendly and I had to remind myself that this is a fast food restaurant. When you choose to eat at this Chick-fil-A they take your order and you sit down at a table they actually have a waitress bring you your meal. I have never been to a fast food restaurant when the employees actually bring you your meal. There also managers that are walking around and both managers actually stopped and asked us how her food was. I was extremely impressed by this. As far as the menu goes it's the same as every other Chick-fil-A they serve only chicken and no beef I really like their fresh squeezed lemonade and that's what I always get to drink whenever I go to A Chick-fil-A. The only issue that I had with this location is I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they ended up giving me a regular chicken sandwich not a big deal. read more

They have a tiny lot for the amount of business that they do and their drive thru is an awkward design. I've always been impressed with this Chick Fil A. The staff are all incredibly accommodating and customer oriented. The owner is there most of the time and works right along side of her employees. I'm somewhat of a regular because I have kids who enjoy playing at the play area and I often take advantage of the wireless connection and do my work on my laptop while my son is at school just down the road. My favorite experience I had here was last Winter when it was the end of the night and I was with my family. There was a gentleman there who was "down on his luck" as well as had a disability and the owner took it upon her self to help him get him food and even helped cut up hid food so he could eat. been coming to Chik Fil A for years! last time and it is the "LAST TIME" we were here the place was dirty, no clean tables, no one cleaning the tables, server brought food out and was going to set it on a dirty table while I was cleaning the table.....just unbelievable, as they always were so conscientious before, finally talked to a manager in a very respectful way and she just stared at my husband and didnt say a word, he asked if she had any thing to say and she walked away! we were flabbergasted! My husband always keeps his cool which was reason he choose to speak to her while I stood not far away. never have we experienced such blatant rudeness,,,and it sure was'nt very Christian! emailed corporate and never heard another thing! so no more Chik Fil A for us.....SHAME ON YOU! read more
