Everything went downhill after that! Our last backordered piece arrived yesterday, 8 months from when the builder paid 50% down. The customer service and management was so lacking and we had to initiate 75% of the communication, including a demand or we take action to get the $2,000 deposit returned that they accidently forgot to credit us. We ended up providing our own installers due to the timing of everything in attempt to stay on schedule. Jemson told the builder he had to pay the 2nd half closer to when we wanted delivery. Once they had 100% payment, we started to learn of all the delays. We did not feel the urgency to get things sooner-especially with the backordered things. Our last piece had the delivery date changed 3 times, each time saying it would be a month longer. We feel someone dropped the ball in ordering. Jemson did not reach out to us to see if we got these last two pieces and if everything was complete and satisfactory, closing our order. Fabuwood's semi-custom kitchen is beautiful but it should not have taken 8 months to complete! "Thank you for your patience." was the only platitude we heard from Jemson in response to our frustration and the wait. I would NOT recommend working with Jemson if you are hoping to have an experience without frustration, stress and being treated fairly and with dignity as a paying customer.

We were impressed with Leid's expertise when evaluating the work needed and they were cost competitive. After removing the old decking they showed us structural damage to the house due to a total lack of any water proofing with the previous deck. The repair cost was very reasonable and sorely needed. In June, my mother contracted with Brandon and Sanctified Construction Services for the replacement…read moreof deck boards on a preexisting deck and to paint the exterior woodwork to match the new colors that were chosen for the new deck boards. While the deck was nicely done, even if it was not in the timely manner it was promised, the painting, for which we were charged $700, was not in any sense of the word acceptable. Unfortunately, my mother lives on the first floor of her home and is unable to travel upstairs due to health limitations and I was away on vacation and preparing for the start of the new school year when Brandon and his crew "finished" the job. When I was able to finally come over to take a look at the work that was completed several weeks later, the deck did look very well done. However, I immediately noticed that the painting of the exterior woodwork on the house was not properly done and when I went upstairs to check the upstairs balcony woodwork, it was even worse than I had imagined. As you will see by the included pictures the painting was sloppy and not what one would expect for $70 much less $700. The upstairs balcony door still had painter's tape on it and the painting was not completed, woodwork had paint spread all over it and things that should not have been painted ended up with paint on them. Since the "completion" of the work and the finding of the painting deficiencies, I have reached out to Brandon on two separate occasions via email asking him to fix the issues, and received no response. On the second occasion, I informed him that if he did not fix the issues, I would be filing complaints with the state licensing as well as with the BBB. Additionally, while by the time, my mother just wanted the construction to be done, I would also like to note that in the estimate Brandon had included the removal and rebuilding of a side entrance ramp. While he did replace the wood, he did not replace the rusty metal plate that was at the end of the ramp.
