Worst bank ever, they would decline my card when I was in duluth because, I was "outside of my…read morepurchase area". And when I was in wisconsin i would have to submit a travel request, and then it took then 4 days to not even accept it but ask why I need a travel request. and then not to mention how they have system maintenance once a week almost, not allowing you to use your card at all, or log onto their online banking, if this isnt enough to convince you not to bank with them, idk just go somewhere else, their app is clunky, the maintence is stupid and they suck all around

I never missed a payment at ALL !!! I totaled out my vehicle that I had through them. As the process of insurance and gap claim all was well with them until we were waiting for the car dealer to refund the last part of the payment for the extended warranty. Members coop hit me and charged me for 3 late payment fees and 3 derogatory marks on my credit score.... As a consumer I contacted them and got the fees dropped and I filed a dispute to get derogatory marks off of my credit score which they came back and told it my fault that I did not pay this. Honestly how its it the consumers issue when the dealership took they're jolly time to pay them, when members told me that this is not my issue but the dealerships??? Now I'm trying to get a home loan and can't because of this..... They don't care about they're customers !!! I wouldn't trust them at ALL !!! They will never ever again get my money !!!!

I had tried to complete my taxes online , through fileyourtaxes .com. I had used this service the…read morepast 2 years, and it was quick and easy. This year was a nightmare. When I tried calling , or emailing stating problem with state form. I started to file May 5th, ran into problems, tried to make use of their customer service, which apparently is lacking communication skills. May 17 comes and still no success but many hours on the computer. I ended up going to H and R block in Cloquet. They were amazing, so helpful. They stayed open , and I was able to have taxes done and sent, and received before the deadline. Staff was wonderful and friendly. I will definitely go back there next year.
