We initially reached out to a well-known carpet cleaning company. Unfortunately, it didn't work out since we didn't have a hose connection on or property and they didn't have the portable cleaning machine. Womp womp. I did a good ol' Yelp search and created a project for my couch cleaning needs. John was the first to reach back out with a quote and was super responsive! I like to move quickly especially with getting these couches cleaned. I did a pre-clean myself and it was intense so John had his work cut out for him. The first pass through made more of the dirt come out...scary! But he was honest and said if it still was there after it dried, he'd come back and clean it. It smelled great, but it was still a bit stained. John was kind enough to come back and do another pass for no additional charge! Second time's a charm! He was very helpful and provided an estimate based on the items discussed. I think his pricing is more than fair given the level of expertise and service he provides. Victor is definitely a master cleaner who should be your go to for any carpet or upholstery. Day of service, Victor arrived on time. One thing to note is he was in a uniform, tucked in and clean looking. He is very well spoken and takes the time to listen to our perspective of what we need. He then explained his process in detail and even showed us results in real time as he was cleaning. He also provided some best practices on how to best clean the chairs and rugs between professional cleaning. Not gonna lie, the rug was dirty, but the chairs were filthy. We had gotten them on offer up and the people we got them from had a lot of pets. We were cautiously optimistic that they could be cleaned. I didn't know what to expect getting it cleaned. I have to admit that in the past, I have inquired with upholstery businesses about other sofas, but never followed through with cleaning because I thought it would be too pricey or not worth it. Shane and Bryan provide a service that is 100% worth every penny. The couch that I had them clean was dingy and had some dog hair and areas that you could tell needed cleaning. I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned.
