My massage therapist didn't speak any English, and despite repeatedly asking for light pressure, she continued using heavy pressure and even started hitting me with her fists in certain areas. It stopped feeling like a massage and more like being struck. This was supposed to be a two‑hour session, but I couldn't relax at all because the hitting continued throughout.
