Digestive system analysis found lack of beneficial bacteria in the gut, leading to poor digestion and nutrition. With targeted nutritional supplements and dietary change my ulcer-like symptoms disappeared and even my cholesterol drastically improved. He's a great doctor to deal with in that he can handle followup consultations via Skype video conferencing if it doesn't really require a personal appearance to discuss test results. During my appointment, I explained all of my concerns and for the first time in a long time someone understood what I was going through and did not tell me that " you are fine" which I had heard from other doctors. Since, then I have taken tests and have had a couple of appointments and we figured out what was going on with me. I have been very impressed by her dedication and professionalism. Anytime that I would call or email with a question she was there with an instant response. I also appreciate her ability to think "outside of the box" which when you have hormonal issues, hypothyroidism, and extreme adrenal fatigue that is very important because there isn't one prescription for everyone. Currently, I am doing everything that she has advised for me to do and I am feeling better. Based on her advise, I have started to live a healthier life. She has helped me to see how important good nutrition is and she helped me to get on a regular program with my vitamins and supplements. If it wasn't for her, I would still be exhausted, experiencing major PMS symptoms, and have horrible digestion issues. Dr. Robinson has a much different style of treatment and "bedside" manner. I felt heard and believe that he will do what we discussed. Change isn't easy, but after 3 changes in Dr. Murphy's practice, I had to accept that it was time for a new PCP.

I really appreciated that she did not dismiss my concerns because I am an atypical patient; she was very thorough. I am so, so glad I went to see her because I was referred (very quickly due to Dr. Tagliaferri's perseverance - she got my appointment moved up by a week and a half!) to a top-notch cardiologist who is very concerned about ruling out a serious issue. I called several times, and my brother even walked into his office. The employees showed my brother the FMLA paperwork I had sent in, but it wasn't signed until weeks later--after my father had died. Dr. Landfield also would not approve a simple request for hospice care, so we had to go with a less desirable hospice that had a doctor on staff who would take responsibility. I would avoid this doctor at all costs.

We were intentionally double booked. The other woman got to go first because " she would be quick." 40 minutes later, I was still waiting. After I asked the women at the desk about it, they got Dr. Landfield to come talk to me. He asked if there was a problem, so I told him I didn't appreciate waiting 40 minutes because he intentionally double books his appointments. He literally told me to be quiet, and he cancelled our appointment. When I asked a second time about the appointment, he pointed at me and said, " I told you to be quiet." I have never experienced such poor, unprofessional behavior. By the way, the appointment was to discuss a $1000 administrative fee he wanted to charge. He also doesn't return calls. It took three calls just to make the appointment. He also completely ignored other calls. This man seriously needs to retire. I gave him a one star rating. That's only because the scale doesn't go into negative numbers.

So I accompanied my elderly mother to see Sally whenever she needed medical attention. Sally is good! She listens, has vast medical experience, thinks deeply as to what is best for THIS patient, is friendly, medically up to date, and gives her patient the full time they need in her office. I am so appreciative of the care Dr Ward had professionally and personally given to my mother, that I unreservedly give her a 10+ recommendation. She referred me to a surgeon who was on vacation and busy until after the holidays. After my surgery, one would think Dr. Ward would care enough to at least follow up. No such doctor here. She is probably a really nice person, but needs more medical experience and to be honest, I am not sure what she was thinking if she was at all returning my email with a call on Christmas Eve to tell me I had cancer.

So because of this I am a bit hyper vigilant as I am here today because all these issues were caught early. I must have annoyed her when I was seen by her for 2 weeks of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. She couldn't find the cause and refreshingly said she didn't know why I had these symptoms.
