I am buying my first house. All I have heard about are things that were missed during other…read morepeople's home inspections. I didn't go in thinking much was going to happen. Brandon was thorough. He spent hours testing everything you could think of. He checked every light switch and every faucet; he ran multiple faucets simultaneously and found a problem with water pressure. He tested the heat and air conditioning. I can't think of one thing he didn't check. When he went on the roof, he found a bad roof. He called a roofer he knew and gave them the size and slope of the roof. I got a quote from a roofer while he was there. Then, I knew how much to ask the seller for in credits. I also know how much to anticipate spending before I get into the house and would be able to get a quote. In the end, I got a very organized and detailed report telling me everything I needed to know about my house. I feel very confident that I couldn't have gotten a better home inspector.
