I was on hold for 30 minutes at 9pm waiting on the fraud dept to answer the phone. When I got to them they were awesome they cancelled everything and locked everything down. No money was lost. They had appointments too but they helped me get started and now I get 300 extra dollars because CHASE appreciates my 30 years of business. I contacted customer service by phone to get some past statements…read more The representative informed me I'd have to make an appointment to go into a physical branch where they could provide that since they're legally required to hold records for 10 years. After arriving for my appointment and sitting down, an employee of the bank dressed in a suit asked my name then proceeded to immediately escalate with an aggressive tone. She told me that she read my appointment request and that they can't get my Zelle transaction records. Instead I have to go into the app. I told her bank statements were fine then she got angry with me about that too and said they couldn't do that either. I asked her if I could call customer service. She brought me to an empty desk and dialed the number then left me there on my own. After 5 minutes of waiting, I wasn't able to get a hold of a phone representative. It just kept looping me back to the original menu. Bank of America is getting really bad with their service. But this location is the absolute worst by far! I've never seen a physical bank location be operated so poorly with such contentious managers.

I had already filed my taxes and arranged for the tax return to be sent into that account. The banker was on hold and just sent me home before the other department even picked up to continue helping me, and the NEXT DAY my account was permanently closed. I called again and asked why and I was told that my account was closed due to "suspicious activity" but that activity was just ME trying to log back into the account that they locked me out of. Now I do not have access to my own tax return money for absolutely no reason. This bank is ridiculous and they do not care about fixing issues that THEY cause.
