    0 Stars for their awful mistake. 2 stars for them fixing it and me having to wait = 1 star. As if it could not get any worse....... Now they left the wheel lock tool out of my car from my tire rotation in January. How do I know? Because I am at Sams Club and cannot get new tires because the service department took the wheel lock piece and never replaced it back in my car. I have only had my oil and tires done in this service department since purchasing new, so it was them. Someone ended up bringing it here (HE WAS NICE A+) after my husband complained and was transferred and hung up on multiple times. Great service standards. Not. Two hours now gone and now I have to wait to be fitted back in at Sams (they are totally awesome and great service at Dale Mabry location), even though I had the first appt at 8AM. Can any more go wrong with their dealership service? Unreal. I have NEVER had the troubles with ANY dealership in my entire life that I have had from this one- and I have bought from Ford, Chevrolet,, Dodge, Jaguar, Hyundai etc. This. Is. The. Worst. Car. Experience. I. Have. Ever. Had. The service department is inept. THEY NEED TO READ ALL OF THEIR REVIEWS AND ACTUALLY TRY TO IMPROVE THEIR DEALERSHIP. THEIR TRACK RECORD STINKS. *****If you are reading these reviews, run, do not walk, to another location. ****** Also, they will type the same canned copied and pasted reply. They have talked to me EVERY TIME, yet they still put that they tried and could not reach me. LOL

    dealership ad from Wesley Chapel Honda and the price I agreed upon.

    I bought the 2022 Pilot in the photo on Dec.1. The purchase price of the car was $30,299. which was the agreed upon price. Upon leaving the dealership I felt that the out the door price was not right. I left the dealership without the paperwork and did not get it till December 8th. I had asked for the paperwork twice before I got it. I saw that the base price had been changed to $36,209. So there is a problem. I was under the assumption that this was just a mistake. But the fact that no one is calling me back today makes me very uneasy and is very telling. I have left 4 messages / texts asking for a call. I have been told someone will call me soon today....nada....Their non response is making me very uncomfortable and very dis satisfied as a customer.

Alex the technician did a wonderful job as it was very cold on my drive home. I also had an oil change and fluids flushed. Joshua Hoover my service advisor was amazing! He informed me the compressor and clutch was on back order until Aug but we talked through after market parts, etc. I will admit I was hesitant to bring my truck to a dealer as quite honestly I prefer to give business to individuals versus a corporation; however, my husband convinced me otherwise and I am glad he did. As long as Joshua is there and I can schedule through him this is my "go to" place from now on. I appreciate his sincerity and truthfulness throughout the process. He kept me in the loop. We simply asked where we should go for assistance, and her reaction made it seem like we were interrupting her day. There was no welcoming attitude, no willingness to help--l just visible frustration that we approached her. Customer service is the first impression of any business, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Interactions like this reflect poorly on the dealership as a whole. If someone is working in a customer-facing or service department, there should be a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Based on this experience, I would not return.

    I am writing to express my disappointment with Ford's refusal to cover a defective exterior keypad…read moreon my vehicle. The keypad on the driver's door failed due to an apparent defect in the part itself, not due to wear and tear. I was informed that the repair would not be covered because my vehicle is approximately 4,000 miles over the warranty limit. This is extremely frustrating, as an electronic keypad should not fail under normal conditions and is clearly not a routine maintenance or wear item. The failure is due to a defective component, not customer misuse. I believe Ford should stand behind its product and provide goodwill coverage for this repair. Denying coverage over such a small mileage difference, especially for a defective part, does not reflect well on Ford's commitment to customer satisfaction. Even after overpaying for an air filter for the vehicle, I was told there was nothing they could do. Its all about money because the part was $200 but the labor was 3x the cost of the part at $600. Ridiculous! Why ill never buy Ford again. Better to buy a KIA or HYUNDAI at least they will stand behind their vehicle with their warranties.

I have emailed you twice and provided all the supporting documentation you need to support my requests, yet you have not even acknowledged my emails. Your dealerships are not a member of the BBB because you don't want accountability for your business's practices. Shame on you! I am not a disgruntled buyer because of the outcome of my concerns! I am upset because there has been NO acknowledgment of my concerns. There are plenty of reputable Mazda and Chevrolet dealerships in the Tampa Bay area that are members of the BBB and accountable for their actions, which I highly recommend others to pursue first.
