Very disappointed with salesman Randy, unprofessional never informed me about the Nissan app and literally had a free commission without any efforts made, and most importantly two months after he sold me the Titan I came by asking for missing items that supposed to come with the package I paid for, he denied and was rude for no reason while he could just be normal but nope . Thanks to the other fellas there they solved the problem and gave me what I was looking for.

Hmmm... a splitting sunroof seal. Could possibly be where rain is LEAKING INTO THE CABIN OF A NEW $55K VEHICLE? Nah, probably not.

When you want to find out who the vehicle dealer is who delivers the absolute WORST service I have experienced in my 55 years on the planet, look no further than this place. My wife was experiencing a roof leak in her 2022 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum and took it here for a warranty service. They pretty much disassembled the front cabin and couldn't be bothered to look at the TOP of the vehicle by the sunroof...you know, where RAIN might be coming in. The sunroof seal is actually splitting, but these clowns couldn't be bothered to even look up there. I attached a photo below for reference. They were also very keen to lift the hood and noticed some leaves that had collected. Well, this is Florida and there are oaks EVERYWHERE, and what exactly do leaves under the hood have to do with a roof leak? SMDH. The dealer wanted $1300+ to blow the leaves out. My wife called me immediately and I told her to instruct them to kick rocks, I'd blow the leaves out myself. I did it at home in less than 20 seconds with the electric leaf blower that we own for FREE. Back to the cabin disassembly - They couldn't be bothered to re-hide the wiring for the rearview mirror and just left it dangling. Lazy lazy, lazy. See photo below. Next, and even more egregious, they also left multiple wires disconnected and dangling underneath the dash to bounce off my wife's legs while she drives. It was obviously a complete amateur hour in the service department. I wonder if it was "bring your kid to work day" there and they let them have a go at it. I'm sure they don't need to be reconnected, right? I also attached a photo for that. Would YOU want to trust people with your vehicle and your safety who lack the ability or compunction to reassemble your vehicle after tearing it apart then trying to rip you off? ! I sure wouldn't and that leads to my final issue with this place. I was so irritated by their complete lack of ability to do the job after working on my wife's vehicle that I went in to cancel my own warranty services there which I am contractually permitted to do. One of the finance managers was sitting at his desk right in front of me playing solitaire. Do you think they'd want to get me out of there quickly and get on with their day? NOPE. I'm generally pretty patient and understanding, as I was in a position for decades where I had to deal with outside clients and understand customer service and how to implement it and how to treat people. The receptionist had me cool my heels after telling me that the only person who could help with this was Cheridyn Lucas, the Owner Loyalty Manager but she was in a meeting. OVER AN HOUR LATER, I saw their meeting break up and she left instead of helping me. Why on earth do I need to talk to the owner loyalty manager over this?! I asked the receptionist AGAIN to get me some help so I could get out of there and explained that I was not exactly getting more patient the longer they made me wait. She then had the temerity to get contract cancellation forms from someone in the back that normally a manager would fill out and handed me a pen and told me to complete them myself. What on earth?!?!?! I gave them ANOTHER 10 minutes after I gave her the forms back with what info I had access to, and asked for someone yet again to complete and accept these so I could leave. I had to resort to raising my voice which got the attention of every customer and employee in the dealership before they finally deigned to send someone out to assist. Oh, and it wasn't Cheridyn, so she wasn't the only one who could help after all. Liars. If you want to be treated like the village idiot and get gouged , go here. Otherwise you'd be better off spend your hard earned money elsewhere, as this dealership treats customers like absolute trash after the sale.

Jesus Quinones is my guy!! From the moment we were introduced to him to the moment he handed me my keys to my 2020 Nissan Rogue, he exceeded all of my expectations. I did not have an appointment and was not sure how things would go. He took great care of me and made the scary process of purchasing a new car a great experience. To be honest a Nissan was not my choice of car. But I did research and it led me to Wesley Chapel Nissan. Because of the awesome service and graciousness I fell in love with my new car and I'm very happy. Thank you Jesus and WCN!!!

LADIES BEWARE!!! So, coming out of the Walmart parking lot on Friday 4/11/25 I noticed a nail/screw in my passenger rear tire. It was about 6:40 PM so not a lot of options of where to take my '24 Nissan Sentra, since the dealership I purchased through was right across the street I chose to go there. The nail/screw was very obviously in the tread of my tire so I went in asking if I could get a patch. A few minutes later the service guy comes in and says I need a tire. I questioned why? It's in the tread. He tells me and I quote "Its a big nail". I initially said I don't have the money for a new tire right now, can you just put my spare on? He went back into the service area to have that done and I came out and said you know what just go ahead and get me the tire. He stated they couldn't do it that evening anyway. So they put on my spare and put my tire in the trunk. I was going to come back in the morning and have a tire put on. I guess they just thought they saw me coming or that I didn't have anyway to check on what they were telling me. They were wrong. I took the tire to a friend and, well, you can see below in my pic "the big nail". This thing hadn't even punctured my tire. There wasn't even a leak!! As you can see in my second pic, my pressures were fine!! This was taken immediately after the "tire that had to be replaced" was put back on. I've driven around on it all weekend!! I AM DISGUSTED THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE THIS WAY!! I would have been out $250 for nothing and as a single woman on a single income, it was $250 I didn't have!!

Customer service is the first impression of any business, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Interactions like this reflect poorly on the dealership as a whole. Lexus of Wesley Chapel goes the extra mile to ensure their customers receive excellent care. Being treated kindly and meeting your vehicle's needs efficiently is expected and provided here. This is where Lexus of Wesley Chapel stands apart from all the other high line vehicle dealers I've encountered all over the country: Most importantly, they do not haggle you to buy unnecessary car services. It's nauseating to watch many dealers try to create fear by pushing unnecessary services that a well made vehicle simply does not need. They are transparent. Second, they have a Hospitality Cafe complete with friendly baristas, an extensive drink menu, pastries, snacks, and more. Anything here is free for customers. Yes, most dealerships offer some kind of complimentary refreshments but let me emphasize that this cafe is better than Starbucks. Next, in their well maintained bathrooms, they offer mouthwash for after your coffee drink. These amenities are the little touches that set them apart. Finally, another thing that makes them different, they do not annoy their customers with repetitive texts and emails about the same things over and over, only reaching out when necessary. If you are looking for somewhere to service your Lexus or buy into the Lexus family, this is the place. In a world where customer service is rapidly dying, Wesley Chapel Lexus continues to stand out and subtly set themselves apart from the rest. Bravo!
