I did interview several other surgeons and Dr. Wilson was hands down the best. My initial consult was straight to the point and he was open and honest for what he could do for me. One of my breasts was sitting lower than the other and he did say that it may need a lift, but let's wait and see what happens after the surgery. Much to my surprise both breasts are perfectly symmetrical and no lift is necessary. That just told me that this guy isn't out for my money and is truly out for my best interest and wants to make me happy. He gave me realistic expectations, which I greatly appreciated. I opted for 615cc silicon implants and I LOVE them! I was a 34B(on a good day) to a 34DD. Dr. Wilson also performed a tummy tuck on me. I had 3 C-sections prior to this surgery and now all of my ugly scars are gone along with my stretch marks, so happy! My belly button is flawless and so natural looking. My overall scar looks great and is paper thin. As for my recovery, I did call in afterhours with questions/concerns and even at 1AM Dr. Wilson himself called me back within minutes of leaving a message on the night service. His response time and follow ups were awesome. It was nice to speak with him and not a nurse in the middle of the night. His staff is very welcoming and super helpful too. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction on my outer thighs and flanks. I am currently four months post-op. I'm absolutely ecstatic with my results thus far. I had seeing Dr. Wilson previously for a breast augmentation several years ago. I had amazing results with that procedure as well. Which made my decision to return to Dr. Wilson that much easier. As promised, I am updating my previous review to a RAVING REVIEW - I went ahead with the strong recommendation and did the surgery after a second discussion and consult. I am so happy that I did!! In the end I went to Dr Wilson for a total mommy make over - which included a revision from a prior breast augmentation, full lift and implant exchange as well as a mini tummy tuck, with liposuction. Initially I was very nervous about the scars that come with a full lift, but he assured me that in order to get the result I wanted it was necessary and I am SO GLAD I trusted him. My scars are very minimal and his new tape that he uses to help heal the smallest scars is helping tremendously. He called me the evening after surgery and each day prior to my first post operation follow up appointment. Dr. Wilson performed my breast augmentation four months ago and I still can't believe what an incredible job he did. I truly couldn't ask for better results! As another reviewer said, they're beautiful. There were several specifics I hoped for from surgery - symmetry, narrow spacing between breasts/cleavage, "side boob," a heaviness/slight hang, a size that was "just short of too big," and impossibly enough, "a natural look and feel while also looking like an augmentation." I mean seriously, why didn't I ask him to throw in a hippogriff to top it off. I didn't expect it would be possible to get all of those exact specifications out of my augmentation, obviously, I just threw all that out and hoped Dr. Wilson could do something with it. I just want to take a moment to thank Dr. Wilson for my amazing tummy tuck. I birthed 5 kids, I could never get my body back to how I wanted it. I contiplated surgery for many years (17 years to be exact). I got a tummy tuck 4 months ago and I love it. I am 50+ and have 2 grown daughters. I had them when I was in my early 20. I got those ugly stretch marks all over my stomach. If I knew how reasonable Dr Wesley Wilson fees were I would have had my tummy tuck procedure 20 years ago. He gave me a beautiful belly button and a flat stomach. Most of my stretch marks are gone and because my tummy is so flat you can not see any stretch marks.
