This company came through for me at 5:00 on a hot, humid, Sunday evening. They emptied and rearranged a large POD quickly and efficiently. They were so polite and stayed on task, kept asking what else I needed help with. This family team works great together. I hired them to do a basement clean out for the next morning and their service was done just as professionally!! Definitely fair pricing as well. Rescheduled on me twice and no showed both days, waiting until after 6PM to tell me they were in Clarksville TN and wouldn't be able to make it to my address in KY. He apologized and asked to reschedule. The last occurrence, I asked for an ETA and again he would not give me a definite answer and apologized saying he was held up in Clarksville again. Lack of communication and time management was very unprofessional. Went with another company. read more

When I first made contact I was given a quote of $350 flat rate. When I called less than 2 weeks later to hire the rate jumped to $385. I was put on the schedule that day. I paid the $385 the day prior to my move. The day of my move, instead of a 15' truck for which I had a paid invoice for, they came with a 20' truck. They waited until all my things were loaded on the truck. At the new address, with all my things still on the truck I was informed that I would have to pay an additional $25 for the larger truck. They used a UHaul truck for which they had 11 days to reserve a 15' truck, but they did not, and I paid extra for the larger truck that I did not request an upgrade for. I don't feel this was not good customer service. What was I to do refuse to pay the extra amount before my things were unloaded, then what would they have done, retain my things until it was paid? They did a decent job of the move itself, but I feel they need to have more transparency about the financial part of their business dealings with customers. read more

I paid this company to move me 5min down the street and told them I have 3 bedrooms. They did not move everything, I had to find someone else to move my bedrooms dressers to my bedrooms. The female was very rude and unprofessional. The invoice stated that we get 4 hours of service, they were supposed to work 10:00am to 2:00pm. They were late and didn't work the full 4 hours. They worked 10:15 to 1:10. They refused the refund for the time that they did not work. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and got upset when I began to help the movers and stated that their service was slow and we were in a hurry because we had other things to do. She was only rude to me, when my two other friends stated that their service was slow prior , she did not react rudely to them like she did to me. We had to get our friend to help move the furniture and we were working and moving faster than the actual company. I would not recommend this business. She was very unprofessional and the invoice was not specific to what I said. I told her that I was moving my ENTIRE house and she just put three bedrooms. She also tried to make us pay $150 to go pick up the rest of our items and we didn't even pass the time that we were allotted. read more

They did an excellent job at a reasonable cost! Arrived on time and were polite and professional.

We first used Wesley's Moving because we needed someone to unload our truck from an out-of-state move. They were quite responsive, arrived on time did a great job with the items they moved, and price was very reasonable. While settling in we purchased a large table that required movers to pick it up from the store and deliver it to our place. We contacted Wesley's Moving again, and they quoted us a price that was well below the recommended movers from the store. So we went with Wesley's. However, upon completion of the task of moving the table, they charged us a price that was 300% more than what they initially quoted! Specifically, they quoted us $150 to pick up and deliver the table, and upon delivery, they told us that they "already discussed it" and charged us $450. We NEVER discussed this and upon further follow up so that we could rectify this issue (in the event they were confusing us and another client), they never responded. I would not recommend Wesley's unless you are looking to be unpleasantly surprised by their price and unprofessionalism. read more

This so called company is eager to respond and want your money. They have no experience in moving have no clue on how to protect your assets have no manners and rude and bring the wrong size truck and want to charge you more to destroy your furniture and are clueless on how to load let along be honest and professional. Natalie drove off when I was walking over to speak to her she is rude and not a business person nor the rude husband. Natalie also got a friend to speak to me saying she was part of FEMA this is pure fraud!!!!!!!!!! Nice guys, didn't really know the tricks of moving furniture. Worked two hours, charged for three, no refunding. Only pay for what you know they will work and hire as long as you don't have any tricky things like stairs. read more
