The first stop was the Better Business Bureau website database. After entering my keywords AND that I was only looking for a company that was a BBB member; the single result was Joe's Window Cleaning. I checked out their website and noted a number of very positive customer comments. I immediately called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They were on another job and we scheduled it for 5:00. He arrived on time and I immediately sensed his commitment to his work. It turned out that he did a neighbors house across the street a couple of weeks before. My wife was stunned at how clean their front windows were. Joe and I walked around the house, and I showed him the windows and glass doors needing cleaning, and what I wanted power washed. He went to his truck to formalize a proposal, and returned in 10-minutes. My opinion is that the costs quoted were more than fair; especially since it was below the amount I budgeted for the job. We scheduled the work for the following Friday. The day after our first meeting, he texted me to let me know he was available that day due to a schedule revision. I accepted and they arrived at 8:00 a.m. as promised. By the way, they wear booties for the inside work. I left the garage back door open so that they could get water and soft drinks out of our fridge. Later, I remembered that I'd forgotten, the five garage door windows, I mentioned this to him. Done at no extra charge! He power washed the front walk, the driveway, and a stone walkway from the driveway through the backyard to our deck. He also power washed the deck.
