We…read morehave stayed at other area hotels and there is no comparison - this place offers an entirely different experience of the area. First, the room was very large and comfortable. It felt like we had a whole house to ourselves. Had we not been so exhausted from traveling all day, we would not have wanted to go to sleep because the views of the night sky and Moscow town lights in the valley below are so breathtaking. We did sleep though, and soundly - there was no city noise to distract us. Also the owners were great hosts and were very knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for day drives and hikes. I would recommend this place to all travelers wanting to experience the beauty of Idaho.

This seems like one of the nicer options that's available. It's exactly what you'd expect from a Hampton inn. The rooms are nice. The staff was friendly and professional. There is an indoor pool as well. I didn't use it, but it's there. There is also a gym. The hotel has a restaurant, it's Washington State University themed if that matters to you. They also offer breakfast. They also have the snack pantry at the front of the hotel that offers highly overpriced items, but it's there and it's convenient. They also do something where they have milk and cookies for free in the lobby at night, don't quote me on the exact times. Overall, in Pullman your options are limited, and this is a good option from my perspective.

At booking i was told the hotel offered a continental breakfast however it was more of a breakfast buffet of everything but meat. It was A+++, and extremely generous with choices. This is a different Quality Inn property. First off, the employees here are actually nice, and…read moregenuinely enjoy working here (props to assistant manager Bill, who is awesome, BTW). The property design seemed to have been a larger brand back in the day, and Choice Hotels purchased it and put a Quality Inn within its place. I was here for only one night while traveling out of Seattle en route to northern Idaho + Montana in July 2021. I think that I paid $98 with tax, which is about right due to high demand with summer travel following Covid times from the year prior. My room on the 2nd floor was fine. A bit larger than expected, with well-maintained furniture that conveys a classic design of hotel furniture from a decade or so ago in the Palouse area. I found my room to be quite cozy and quiet before heading out to my destination the next day. Breakfast was so-so, in that an employee actually makes eggs, sausage, etc. I fully expected nothing but cereal and toast, yet was surprised that there was a little bit more of an offering (yet not a whole lot more). Parking can be confusing, in that there is a dentist's office that shares the parking lot with the hotel (I worried about him getting vehicles towed). The rest of the parking lot seems to be in the front of the building, yet slightly tight. Definitely recommend getting a parking space early, if applicable. I did notice a shuttle van parked next to the hotel, so check that out if you need rides to the airport. There is a pool here, as well as fitness center on the 2nd floor (didn't appear open). There is a walking/running trail across the street, and the Washington State University campus is in reasonable walking distance from this property off of Bishop. Downtown Pullman isn't that far away (just beyond the bridge from WSU) with eateries and other small shopping venues. Overall, I'd say that this particular Quality Inn has an above average value than most of the other Quality Inn properties that represent the brand.
