In the end, $2-5,000 coverage only pays out $250 for most common issues. Both units were climate controlled. One unit got mold in it at the clay rd location in Houston. This was because of the system in the building. No help, no pay out. I had the storages for almost a year. Monthly Fees increased more than one time. And increasing again in September. The manager is never available and not helpful when she is around. She is the manager at both locations one on hwy 6 and the other on clay rd in Houston. It's difficult to get in touch with anyone when you need help with anything. So many other examples to give...It's a nightmare and I'm so glad I'm leaving the place and without most of my belongings that were damaged there. I'm never using them again!!!
