In this large city of Houston, it's always a giant drag to figure out where I can store my stuff. I have to make sure the place is safe, air conditioned, and well managed and I've found the most perfect place. Your guess was right, it's this place. I work right around the corner and my job has had stuff stored here and this place is fantastic. It's private, spacious, and most of all phenomenal. Miss Judy, Lou, and Peter have been such an amazing group of people whom I have had the honor to meet and do business with. They're all so professional and probably the sweetest people you could ever meet. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs to get things store with the appropriate amount of space. Wish I could give this place zero stars. Truck was not there that I requested and I had to spend time finding a replacement. My code did not work for two days. The zero on the gate keypad basically doesn't work. One of the two elevators was broken when I moved in. There was another moving vehicle that was asked to move up and didn't making my moving guys have to turn the truck around and back in. Overall, using this facility cost me an additional $91 (uhaul rental) + $200 (extra hour of move time due to broken elevator and then having to turn truck around) I was "given two months at half off" for the lack of truck - which was already the deal I had signed up for. Overall disappointing and awful experience with the facility (not the lady at the front she was as helpful as possible). I wasn't prepared to take on an extra $291 on in costd due to issues with this facility and services. Do not recommend until the facility sorts itself out. read more

The Hallways are so tiny I can barely fit my stuff through honestly I had to carry a lot of stuff sideways because it wouldnt fit through. The Gates closing at 9pm really sucks too. The inside is a labyrinth and is also pretty easy to get lost inside. Im not a fan read more

RENTERS BEWARE! One of the poorest run businesses I've ever encountered. So bad that I signed up for Yelp just to warn people! Because of its convenient location, we had a unit there. Every time we had to interact with (or try to call or contact any way we can) Moises, the Manager/live-in franchisee, we wish we would have moved our stuff somewhere else. The list of grievances is long, but here are a few: - Rats, roaches, moths, trash, stench...uck! The place is not tidy and you should not store clothes or artwork here. Your clothing and artwork will be ruined! We had a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork that disintegrated because of the bugs and constant heat and moisture fluctuation. It's not worth it, there are better places. - EXPENSIVE! For the location, I understand, but the service here is terrible, so I would pay twice as much to get just an ounce of service. - Did I say the service is terrible?!??! Despite what he promises when you check-in for the first time (he seems nice then), Moises is never available. He is rude and gets very personal and passive aggressive, even if you have a simple question. It's offensive and unacceptable, really. - Unresponsive. Unresponsive. Unresponsive. - They lock you in after 9 PM! If you're ever there after 9 PM, even just seconds after, you are locked in all night! Seriously, there's no way to get out. (Is that even legal to lock someone in all night??) At least they should let you out! I really wanted to like the place. It's so close, but we gave the place multiple chances, and it just kept letting us down. If it hadn't been so much of a pain to move everything to another storage facility sooner, we would have done so long ago. But, we are finally out now!! Cannot recommend this place any less. Take it from me and rent somewhere, anywhere else! read more

Had some issues when I was first moving in. One of the ladies who worked there failed to give me the gate code or explain how to use the elevator. Once I met Moises (the on-site manager) he took care of everything. From then on, each time I've been there, he's been very helpful with locating carts and keeping everything in working order. They let you borrow the truck when you move in which is really helpful, too! read more

We've been storing here for almost a year now and I can't say enough about the people that manage this facility. Truly, we feel like our friends and/or neighbors are watching over our belongings. Judy who manages this place like a well oiled machine is sweet, meticulous and always happy to see us and offers assistance with anything. She even offers ice cold bottled water every time we stop in...and we are constantly in and out. They treat any delivery from an outside vendor with the same wonderful hospitality. This place truly feels like an extension of our home and we couldn't feel more comfortable with our possessions being in their hands. There is no better storage experience than this!! read more

I have rented storage space from the River Oaks location for the past 5 years or better. Never have I experienced such professional, elite customer service, and comapssion from the staff starting with Moses to Lou and Judy. These individuals have set standards and raised the bar when it comes to taking care of their customer. I admit that I may have gotten behind on payments in the past but these people were extremely courteous with their appoach and was very patient. I am done renting space for now but if I had to do it again, Bullseye will be my only choice. (Just as long as Lou and Judy handle my account.) Thanks and much success to your business! read more
