We have rented two units from Big Tex on Ella Blvd for the last 5 months. We are 100% happy with our choice. We needed to rent storage units before and were never very pleased. This time has been a totally easy and positive experience. I am at the facility fairly often, and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. The entire place is immaculate and well lighted. We really like the covered parking (especially in the summer!). It's right outside the front door & there is always a spot available. The hand carts and truck you can borrow is an extra bonus. Big Tex Storage has been a made moving so much easier. We will be between homes for a few months and needed a safe and secure facility to store our furnishings and things. They have not only made it super easy to walk in and secure a storage unit, they also included a one-time use of their truck to transport our things. After our house was damaged in a storm, I needed to store a lot of our household while construction took place. My first impression was great. So clean, cool and easy to load into. I never worried about security as the units were all behind secure pass coded doors. They had locks to purchase on the spot, so I could move in , lock it up and leave my things without worrying. Move out was also convenient. One more great feature...they have a big roof canopy that keeps you shaded and dry when moving in and out. All the staff were professional and helpful. Being in the moving industry for 47 years I have found it to be a rarity to find a facility that is kept supper clean and staffed with great personnel. Cannot think of a better storage facility to choose to have my belongings stored in. They made my transition from the military very smooth with moving my stuff back from where I was stationed.
