The store has so much good stuff too and we found this sonic rat/mice and other animal deterant. I was skeptical but we tried one and it actually works, but if you have lots of them once you move it they will come back so might need to get a few more and see if it will drive them far far away. I was so excited that they carry a lost coast product that is great for aphids, my squash and pumkins suffered last year and I tried so many things that I'm looking forward to using this on the garden this year!! Can't wait to go back and get a free gallon of compost tea! I forgot to ask the first time so I'm glad that we only had our truck and couldn't fit all the soil I wanted. Also the compost tea they sell kicks mega ass of you want to give your girls a good boost of love, which also helps to promote healthy complex microbes that aid in growth and fighting of disease and pests. They also deliver soil if you don't mind paying a little extra. The bad reviews about the soil is completely fabricated. Some people don't understand that regardless of the soil you buy you still will need to add fertilizer somewhere along the line of growing your garden. Gimme a break. Are people really that stupid.? I definitely recommend coming here and see for your self.

The Technitian JOHN at the Red Bluff Store was sooo professional and knowledgeable and couldn't have been nicer especially with the fact they were close to closing . He knew his bearings backward and forwards and within 30 minutes he had he wheel off and determined there did not seem to be a problem.. and another 20 minutes the tire was back on and we were ready to go.. it was my husbands birthday and John made the experience even better by saying Happy Birthday there is no charge.. wow does it get any better we would recommend any one with tire or wheel problems to go here and ask for John.. even the office people were wonderful and they have a nice cool place to wait inside and watch TV..

Every time I called I was told 'oh, we will have information and call you next week' and I was NEVER called back - all contact was initiated by ME. In December (3 weeks before Christmas) I was texted that embroidery was not possible, and they would try sublimated. Later (when *I* called to follow up), I was texted that they would try sublimation tomorrow, and the following day I was texted that it was not possible either. I took my project to a competitor that day and it was completed by the end of the week. Zelma's seems to be VERY busy and they are very friendly, but it seems that since I was not a regular or had a big project, my little project would just have to wait until they were caught up, which seems unlikely to ever happen.
