My only caution to you as customers is to understand permit and inspections required and who is doing what so you don't wind up not having a CO from your town. Pride gave up its license in South Carolina and post completion it was left to me to resolve final inspections and approvals. it was not fun. I still use Pride for maintenance.

The beginning of the project was during the early COVID and started quickly with adding the cement foundation. We did have a major initial issue when a downpour made the foundation a pool for rain/water entering our home since now it was on the same level. Fabio immediately sent 2 man crew over in the rain to makeshift a tarp over the foundation to prevent the rain from entering. The crew did excellent work and installed one of the nicest sunrooms I'd seen. Screen glass sliders for windows, 3 skylights, gutters, pavers and a patio, electric outlets and ceramic tile flooring. There are a couple of items that Fabio said he would take care of such as one of the windows not latching and also a possible opening needing some caulk. Minor things. His cost was very reasonable. It took a bit longer to complete than initially planned due to the delay in getting the windows (probably due to COVID). They took care of all the plans and getting the inspections. His crew chief was excellent and communicated well with us.
