Alex, the owner, is a good person and we worked out issues that arose from interactions with subs and my towns building department. I would recommend using Pride in any place it is licensed. My only caution to you as customers is to understand permit and inspections required and who is doing what so you don't wind up not having a CO from your town. Pride gave up its license in South Carolina and post completion it was left to me to resolve final inspections and approvals. it was not fun. I still use Pride for maintenance.

So I'm glad Demetre came out. I now consider him a friend.

After calling for 4 days, they finally got back with me. They picked up my deposit, and never sent me a contract. They even cashed the deposit the day after picking it up. After calling 7 more times to get my contract, or an update, I was finally contacted by the Project Manager. Never should have come to that. Then the person I was supposed to be dealing with calls later that day and acted like she was shocked no one sent a contract. Even drove 20 miles to their "location" (from their website), and it wasn't there. Be very cautious about using this company. I wouldn't recommend it. One of the 5-star reviews on Google have pictures from the manufacturer's website (not their pool as claimed), and two other 5-star reviews on Google, I know for a fact, are from employees.

They did a fabulous job. I had all my upstairs carpet replaced with flooring and I couldn't be happier. We did the project a year ago and the floors still look brand new. I wanted to put down a different floor but the owner convinced me this would be the better route for dogs and kids, and it was the same price. And he was right! I have 3 large dogs and 2 young kids and you would never know it. Floors have held up beyond my expectations- again, they still look brand new!
