I love this office, to begin with, Disneyland has nothing on them... This place feels like the Happiest Place on Earth, Everyone is so happy and seem genuinely pleased to be working here. Front staff are so warm and welcoming and my whole experience was fantastic, we were referred by a friend and we couldn't be happier. My wife is a retired dental hygienist s I know when I'm getting great service and I can't say how awesome Shelby my new hygienist is, so so professional and as far as I'm concerned she's the 2nd best hygienist around... (Can't do better than that, right wifey?) She is very skilled and my teeth haven't felt this good since my wife retired! Dr. Smith, is the perfect dentist for me, he took probably too much time explaining my dental options for a lot of restorative work due to failed crowns and fillings, I appreciate his consultative manner, he shared a plan that made a lot of sense to me and I look forward to getting my mouth back in order. If you're on the lookout for a new dental office, honestly you wont find better than this practice. read more

I went to West Bluff Dental Care on 1/11/21 to get a second opinion on upcoming tooth extraction and replacement with implant. I had never been to this business previously. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I contacted them. They initially x-rayed just the one tooth in question, but followed up with a complete 3D x-ray of all my teeth due to the severity of my problem. Dr Smith then explained how serious my problem was and recommended that I proceed to use a dental surgeon. There was no charges for my visit, even though their cost of time and equipment was considerable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have had bad teeth all my life so, I have a LOT of experience with Dentists and their practices. Dr. Alexander Smith is among the BEST I have encountered. He and his staff are friendly and professional. This time, I had several procedures done over the course of a year (to rebuild areas of my mouth) and I felt comfortable and well cared for. Some procedures were minor surgery and Dr. Smith followed up afterwards each time to ensure I was doing well. His staff are SO friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was so friendly whenever I walked in, and the nurses were very understanding and nice as well. I got a wisdom tooth removed their today and they made me feel so comfortable and safe. The doctor was so good at what he does, the procedure didn't even take 20 minutes and it was quick and painless.
