I saw Dr. Fisher and was totally blown away by how wonderful everything ran in this dental practice. Not only that ..,,they didn't find anything wrong. Other than perhaps a future root canal might be needed, but they were so thorough and kind. I would certainly go here all the time if I lived here. I showed up 15 minutes early and sat there. one of the ladies in the office was on the phone trying to get one of the employees fired from that location. My appointment time came and gone and I was the only one in the waiting room. A man came in and told the ladies that he was running really really late. The lady took his name and less than in minute they called him back. I am still sitting there not a word about me. There was a lady that came out from the back and the ladies wait on her and told she owed them over $400. The lady told them they never told her that she owed money and she will not be able to pay until next month. The lady behind the counter kept arguing with the lady that had to pay. After all that the lady left and other lady is still on the phone trying to get that person fired in the office. Now it is pass my appointment now 20 mins, I stood up and told them I am leaving. finally one of the ladies tell me well let me go back there and see what is the delay. I told them they should have done that after 10 minutes has pass my appointment. The other lady tells me they are running behind( the one on the phone trying to get someone fired) Now would she know with the her phone stuck to her ear. Never again

My second visit at Fall Creek Dental with Dr. McFadden was such a welcome surprise. Always before, at other dentists, although they use the numbing gel first, the numbing shot still stings at least. However, when Dr. McFadden numbed my gums, I did not even feel the needle, let alone the shot. I was amazed. She pulled my tooth and I never felt any pain afterwards. I have definitely found my dentist from now on. The staff at Fall Creek Dental is great as well. Very welcoming and personable. They always keep me informed about my appointment. Kind of strange like I made an appointment…read morebecause they accepted my HMO insurance and I looked at the reviews and was terrified by the negative reviews saying their pricing was extremely high and I tried to cancel the appointment by sending them a email and a that didn't work and then I called to cancel by leaving a message and that didn't work, then I finally got thru to front desk and they said we were canceled and I told them it was because of the bad reviews then on the appt day I got a call from them saying that I was a no show. And then I got a call from them a month later saying that we were on the calendar and but that we canceled but wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule it was all just kind of very confusing so I don't know, I don't recommend it. The scheduling and canceling was just not a good experience.
