They were so gracious and accommodating with my need, dropping things in the middle of their day to help me at no cost. Worst part was when I called them for help, they just kept trying to not take responsibility for the tire and would not help me in any way. DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES FROM THIS PLACE !!! We stopped by A1 Automotive, told them about our predicament, and they immediately provided assistance. They inspected the vehicle, straightened the rims as best they could, and balanced the tires. We got home without any more difficulties. The entire staff was beyond helpful and saved our butts when we were in a difficult situation far from home. Not only did they get me in immediately, they diagnosed a rare problem and really cared about how I should get back home, what my safest option was and Wrote our everything for me to take to the dealership for the fix. They fixed me up so I could get back without having to tow and did it all in 20 minutes so I could still make an appointment. The owner cares!
