He got mule a video, tested and showed every feature we asked about to verify (yes we had the sticker but still we've had issues in the past with other cars at other dealerships). Not once did he get annoyed with me or my wife asking questions, asking for more pictures, etc. He even showed us any scratches or anything he saw (used vehicle) and made sure we would not be surprised (we live far away and wanted the car transported to us).
