I recently called this company to inquire about the cost to tint my brand new 2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL and left a voicemail. My call was returned within 24 hrs and I spoke with the owner, Joe. We had a good conversation for about ten minutes and I decided to go to his shop. Upon arrival, we apoke some more. He's a Florida native and has been tinting windows for over twenty years. He has been involved in some aspect of the automotive business ever since he was a teenager. I eventually let him know I once worked for CarMax and AutoNation. His shop was immaculate and had a decent, air conditioned waiting room. I decided to go for a walk, grab a coffee and within 90 minutes he called me, as my car was done. He did a superb job using a very good Llumar window tint. Since my car is a three year lease, I opted not to go with the latest ceramic tint, but he did offer it. I was very impressed with how clean the car was upon completion and that there were hardly any bubbles in the tint. Which by the way, window tinting takes time to cure and dry out. In South Florida it usually takes a good 7 to 10 days due to the humidity. I HIGHLY recommend this business! read more

Had my car tinted by Joe when I first got my car. It took a few calls for him to remember to come. He opened up a shop finally. One window on my car started bubbling up. I called him at the beginning of the week to come over one day. Not a problem. Bring it by. The day came and I called for his address. He was so rude. He never put the appt in the book and forgot. Which he's definitely known for. Wouldn't admit he made the mistake and to come and fit me in. Told me to come next week. Sorry but my scheduled appt was today. I can't do next week. He said sorry can't do it. He doesn't stand by his product. The business thing to do is admit your mistake and work to fit me in since YOU FORGOT. His loss because I have a lot of people ask for tint recommendations. NEVER AGAIN. BAD BUSINESS!!! One window that's all you had to do to fix the issue. Joe is the nicest and most competent at window tinting. I got my brand new Tesla Y Performance to him and he got it done in 40min tops with superb quality. He offered me the best tinting film and it completely matches the tint that came with the car. Amazing service and the nicest professional in the market. I first hired Joe to apply tints to our Honda Accord 4 years ago. That same tint job looks as good as the one he applied on our new car today. He does get busy, he can't work on cars and be on the phone at the same time. But he is worth the wait. I would rather wait a week for Joe to become available and have the job done right, by someone that respects my vehicle than someone that is just interested in a quick buck. He has worked on 3 other vehicles at our work place, all happy customers but people don't always take the time to post positive reviews. You mostly only hear the negative. Call Joe. Leave a message. Stay away from this company. I called to have my rearview window re-tinted because it was bubbled up. Joe from West Broward arrived at the property to do the job. When I called, he explained that they have a professional method to remove the tint using steam. Once the job was complete he was quick to leave. Basically we talked for 2 minutes, I paid and he left. I asked him how long I should wait to use the rear defroster to which he responded 2 days in order for the tint to properly dry. When I went to use the rear defroster 2 days later, it is broken. Basically he stripped the elements completely off of my rear window causing irreparable damage. As a Pro, he would know from the way he removed the old tint, that he had damaged everything. Yet he chose to say nothing to me, play dumb, and collect his money. Bad news.... read more
