Ive been going roughly 8 years. Doctors are good but the front staff thinks your mean for coming in 15 mins before the hour mark to be adjusted. They have no one in the waiting area or adjustment area but make you wait. If you mention that's stupid be prepared to be accused of using bad words. Lets not mention when you go in the front desk person isn't ever at the desk. After 10 mins I had to walk to the back just to ask if anyone was working. But I'm the bad guy. They used to be on top of their game but now they are slacking. The visit is maybe 5 mins. So when other reviews say it's short they aren't kidding. I've been going to max health for about a year and saw their chiropractors at the different locations including eastern and Fort Apache. But after the adjustments I was in more pain than what it was before. So I finally found Dr. Warner and his adjustments was great!! Finally I felt better and wasn't in pain after getting adjusted. One time the office called me on my day of my appointment (literally I was on my way to see Dr. Warner) and they said he's out of the office and there was another chiropractor covering. So I took the gamble and got adjusted , but felt more pain the next day. Just last month when I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Warner they told me when I got there that he is no longer at max health. I was a bit furious and asked why didn't they notify me this sooner. They didn't disclose where he went and it was a bit unprofessional. read more

It is a nice massage that you pay for that is now separate from what you pay the chiropractor. The massage is about 50 minutes and the adjustment is about 5-10 minutes. They used to bill your insurance for the entire amount now they are separate I feel the massage is worth it but the adjustment you just go in a room with other people sometimes sitting in there he adjust you and sends you on your way not very personable or seeming like you are working toward a healing goal.so with this whole appointment totaling just about $100 I would like to hear more from the doctor in about my progress on a regular basis instead of assuming ok well it seems better so I guess I'm ok. MAX-MASSAGE- PRETENDING TO BE CHIROPRAPTOR'S My wife and I have been going to the Eastern/Wigwam location for 2+years and they have steadily gone down hill. They Recommend that you get a massage before your 28 second visit with the "Chiropractor". The massage's have always been good except for the guy that thinks you came there for a stretching session?? If all you need is your back, neck and knuckles "popped" in 28 seconds then this is the place for you! After your massage or stretching session, you wait the "Adjust room" With everyone else that had their massage. Then you get whichever Doctor that is available. The Doctor doesn't know you or your history anymore than the other 5 people in there waiting to get adjusted. This is all good and fine if you don't have any Real Problems. THREE WEEKS AGO one of the Doctors ordered an MRI for my wife. She received a Radiologist report indicating a tear in her hip. The Doctor said he would write a report for her to take to her Doctor. She called a week later, NO REPORT. She finds out that the "Doctor" that saw her and ordered the report, IS NOT THE DOCTOR WRITING THE REPORT?? Are you kidding me?? So they have one "Doctor" that just writes reports for patients he knows nothing about? That would coincide with "Doctors" that don't know a thing about you, doing your 28 second adjustment. My calls back, the girl at the desk tells her, oh yes, it's done I'll email it over to you. NO EMAIL. Calls again, ummm, where's my report from Doctor report writer? Oh, you didn't get it? I'll send it write over and call you to confirm you got it. You guessed it, NO REPORT! She has an appointment two days later and figures she will get it then. Oh yes, it gets even better. NO REPORT! She asks the "Adjusting Doctor, where my report that I was told would be done 3 Weeks ago?? "Doctor Report Writer" over hears her conversation and decides to let my wife know he is " Doctor Report Writer" and the report isn't done yet because he is so busy and really seems irritated that she's asking for the report that was promised 3-weeks ago and that the front desk has been lying about for the last week!!! Now I'm sure if she was affiliated with the VGK or Raiders she would have had it the SAME DAY, after all, they make sure us peasants know they are the "Chiropractors" for those organizations. The final insult is they have a new female " Chiropractor" that doesn't have the strength or technique to adjust her properly and actually does more harm than good. My final conclusion is they are great for a massage and a quick adjustment, as long as you don't have any real problems and need "REAL CARE" from a Chiropractor that actually knows or cares anything about you! The massage therapists get 5 Stars except Mr Stretch You. read more

Holy cow. My wish was granted. I was a regular at the other office, and all I wanted was a more central location. Well, a few folks from the old office (Eric and Shanti) came over to start this new office. The new office is super comfy. They have a really nice couch in their waiting room, and ample parking. The quality of the visits are on par with the other office (same massage therapist,) and I actually enjoy the doctor over here way more. Today was my first of many visits here. I called the office 9am on a Saturday and got my appointment made for an hour later. Check-in was simple and was on a tablet(no paperwork)! My little one was able to sit relaxed while I got my treatment. Dr. Lucas and Rico made me completely comfy. Rico really go into my concerns with the massage and explained the whole process so well. My husband and I first visited Max Health 3 weeks ago. We love it! I give 5 stars to my massage therapist Nadia! She is SO sweet! I am very sensitive and don't like my massages too strong and she always does an amazing job. I've been to her 3 times now and I am getting more and more comfortable with her and each time I go, my body can take a little more pressure and she does exactly what my body needs. As far as the chiro part, I'm taking baby steps with that. I'm too scared of the popping and my body and mind do not let me relax so I'm not there yet but my husband certainly takes advantage of that and has been enjoying it! They have an office in Henderson, NV that I've been going to for a year but now this new location is closer to downtown and the strip! The staff is very friendly. It's not a typical stuffy "spa" experience. It's excellent massage work followed up with a quick spinal adjustment by a gentle and caring Chiropractor. The massage therapists are excellent. Eric has magic hands and gives the best deep tissue massage I've ever received. They have pretty much resolved my serious lower back and sciatica pain through a series of adjustments and deep tissue massage targeted at the problem areas. I was nervous about going to a chiropractor especially since I don't even like the sound of someone cracking their knuckles, but I decided to go since I was having some shoulder and neck pain that wasn't going away probably due to working at a computer all day.
