F*** THEIR POLICY IS EMPTY-HEADED ASF. I understand we're in a pandemic but their policy is a joke ! If you wish to return an item due to not fitting. You got 1 to 2 Options: 1.) You can do a ONE time exchange for the same Item different size / same value. 2.)Get store credit & purchase a new style. HOWEVER here's where it gets Remedial ! If you decide to get store credit ANYTHING you buy with it, Is FINAL SALE. You cannot take it ,try it ,and return it within the "3 day policy". Even being a different item than the one before, it could be a blouse or Jeans ; for all they care it's FINAL SALE. When clearly the policy they posted on IG and on the Piece of C**p paper they have taped states Bodysuits,Dresses ,Shoes ,& Discounted Items are Final Sale. The Most Hysterical part the employee said "If you do not understand this policy we have the second paper here" (As if I'm Ignorant) I took my time reading their policy for about 5mins even being about a 2sentence policy just to make sure I was reading it correctly & before I get smart mouthed for no reason, However as I re-read BOTH papers the 3rd time I pointed out to her that No where in the paper does it STATE Store credit Purchase after a previous item was returned Is Considered Final Sale, All she could say was "Read the paper , Read the Paper... " These Employees Gotta UNDERSTAND their policy before they reinforce them. I Highly Suggest they understand completely what they are trying to reinforce. Take my example since the person making these moronic policies have no idea how to make a point and simple.. I wouldn't be surprised If some of my words become included in their policy I give you permission to jot it up down on the crumbled piece of paper of a policy you guys have taped on that pixel window if not ..... CAUTION BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE I have been shopping here forever I always been a loyal customer never had a mishap except for recently I had bought a pair of jeans and due to covid wasn't able to try them on in which I under stand so I bought them I tried them out later on after I bought them and they didn't fit and buying a 31.99 pair of jeans during a pandemic after not fitting I was cautious enough to look at the receipt And on the receipt it stated a person had 10 days to return and all I wanted was a size up or store credit and a employee named Sonia didn't try nor acknowledge the situation nor tried to find a resolution. Let me just start off by saying RUDE. The two girls that worked on November 26th around 6PM have been the most rudest clothing store employees I have ever in counter. They closed the fitting rooms an hour before closing. Shutting off music 45 minutes before making everyone uncomfortable. My sister was going to drop a little over 150 dollars but because of the horrible environment and the attitude that was given we decided to go some where else. We are recurring customers and always shop there but this makes us not want to come back ever again. Just a side note, if you are selling fashionable clothing, you shouldn't look like you just rolled out of bed or came out of the gym. At least try to look somewhat presentable. read more

Terrible service!!! I bought a shirt from there last week. When I put it on I noticed it had a hole in it. I took the shirt back and the manager smelled the shirt and told me that it smelled like detergent. I explained to her that I sprayed body spray on the shirt before noticing the hole. She was hesitant to take it back but told me that I could exchange it. I got a new shirt and walked back to the counter and witnessed her putting a price tag on the shirt that I brought back to put it back on the rack!!! This place offer awesome clothes, prices are ranged from 10$ up to 30$+. They compete with the next door store which is new fashion age. Prices are about the same, maybe $1 or 2$ difference but not too much. The clothes are trendy as well. I'll restate what I said for fashion age... I am such a friendly customer I always answer when I'm greeted I smile say hi because I know what it's like to work customer service. Wow are these girls rude! We came in at around 6:30 and pick up some things. The sign outside says the close at 7 but at 6:45 we asked to be rang up and they simply refused us service. Me: " couldn't you have told us that while you saw us picking up products to purchase that you weren't going to ring us up?" Girl who works there: " well I turned the light off" oh my god I have never seen such a ride little girl, didn't look at us just rolled her eyes and walked away! I had AT LEAST $50 worth of stuff and so did my friend who was with me! I hope management knows they are sending money right out the door! Recently visited this location for a dress to wear for my jobs Christmas Party. There was no cashier at the front to help me when I finished my shopping and when the young lady did come up to help me with my purchase she kept trying out rush me while I was looking for the Instagram page for the 10% off. When I got home I looked at dress closer and did like It so I called to see the if I can get a refund but the young had told me there was no refunds on a brand new dress I had just bought an hour before returning to the store. If I would have been told about the return policy at the time of purchase I would not have purchased the dress. Horrible customer service all around. read more

this store is tucked between a lingerie store and another women's clothing store. there are a total of about 5 women's clothing stores that sell about the same things in this plaza, but THIS PLACE is the cheapest! just fyi. i always look at the other stores and then come back to citiwear to see if they have it and so far all the times they've been cheaper! read more
