Was going to update my review based on a follow up but for some reason it's not here so this is for all my interactions with Martin and Stacey. Used M&S to install power and manual shades in our new house. Found them thanks to Yelp. Martin came a gave us design ideas and helped us pick our very nice designs. Excellent company with great customer service. They came out and measured, were very helpful when I was looking for a particular style, and the price was very good compared with other local companies. I utimately chose another company called Window Decor & Design on Jacaranda. I regret that completely. It was all because I wanted no tilt bar showing but I ended up with huge headaches and 7 months later still trying to get what I paid too much for. Five visits, 3 redos becuase they got the order wrong....completely aggravating. What a mistake. I really wish I would've gone with M&S. Save yourself money and go with these wonderful people. We have for shopped for new blinds for our whole condo for about a year, but it took us a while to settle on styles. M&S was recommended by a friend, so we visited. Small showroom, but the person was very helpful. We decided to have Martin come over to measure. He made excellent recommendations and we settled on all new blinds. The quote was amazingly low $ vs what we expected. They arrived when promised and were installed recently. We LOVE them. Besides operating as they should, we found the "dual shades" in our West-facing room actually provide significant sun protection. Despite having installed UV film on those windows, the room was always too warm due to afternoon sun. With these blinds, the room is almost the same temp as the other rooms. Amazing! read more
