They advised me to visit the next day and they'd look at it. When I visited one of the owners came out to look at my coach. He told me his wife would be right out to see my coach as she was in charge of wraps. In a few moments she came out and began checking the areas where some of the wrap had pulled loose and others that had bubbled. She fixed the first issue easily and went on the next, then the next, and 40 minutes later had them all fixed! It seemed to me that the amount I paid was simply a token charge, and I was very surprised. I left with the issues fixed and was very impressed by their friendliness and willingness to drop what they were doing to check my coach. I was also impressed by their neat and tidy facility which indicated to me that they were well organized and ran a tight ship. I wished I had known of them before I had the coach wrapped. I'm sure I would have been much better served having had them do the wrap to begin with!

Victor found some rust under the wrap midway through the job and advised us to get it fixed before finishing. It took us a couple of weeks but Victor deferred payment until we brought it back. The damage ended up being worse than we thought and we had to remove more wrap. Victor did a rush order for more material and rearranged his schedule to squeeze us in in order to finish the work before our vacation.
