I picked them up and they weren't shortened done correctly, but Armando said bring them back and we will fix immediately. They were done next day but we went out of town and Armando had no issues keeping the cushions for a few days until we can pick them up. They fit great and the sectional looks brand new. My parents paid $3K and were thinking of buying a new one but my father thought maybe just replacing the cushions would fix the look and feel....and for $650, it did both.
