To be more specific, when I called AAA for service, they sent out Rossi towing service and they provided me with a battery. Their customer service sucks! They did not help me and the woman on the phone was a real rude bitch! However, I reached out to Napa auto parts on Radio Road in Naples, Florida. NAPA is the business that I am supposed to reach out to to get an exchange regarding the battery. They were awesome! They were kind, friendly and helpful.
